“Thank you Charlee for looking after our Toby whilst we went away in December. Knowing he was inside in the warm rather than in kennels particularly with the weather was reassuring and meant we could relax & enjoy our holiday. Thanks for providing the pictures which were reassuring and we could see Toby enjoyed all the attention you gave him. Short of being with us it was the best experience we could give him and we will ask if you can look after him again next time we all go on holiday. Thanks again”

“Gitana is a brilliant sitter! We left our springer cross (Dora) with her for 6 nights and she had a great time. Gitana was excellent with communication, updating us everyday with pictures. Gitana was also happy to meet beforehand for a pre-meet with us and Dora. If you are considering using Gitana I would strongly recommend!”

“Megan was very responsive to communication, was very accommodating and provided a great home away from home for Peggy. I would not hesitate in using Megan again and recommending her to anyone who wants a safe and secure environment for their dog.”

“5 star border, amazing communication throughout. Marley was so happy and content staying with Sam and her small dog. She made marley feel so loved and welcome and I knew he was in safe hands. Will continue to use in the future. Thankyou sooo much.”

“Vanessa looked after our miniature Schnauzer Eddie for a week while we were away. It is always hard to leave your beloved dog with someone but we were very happy with her care. She clearly loves dogs, is very experienced with them and is very attentive to your individual dog's needs. Also her own two little dogs were great with Eddie. He had lots of fun. Vanessa sent us photos every day which really put our minds at rest. Very happy to recommend Vanessa.”

“This was the first time I'd left Saffy the German Shepherd with a dog sitter. From our first meeting, Serena made us feel very welcome and I was totally confident that Saffy would be looked after. I wasn't disappointed and Saffy was completely chilled out staying. Serena's house is lovely and Saffy had a great time being fussed over. I'd have no hesitation in leaving her with Serena again. Thank you”

About: I love all animals, and will treat them with the love and care I'd want for my best friend (Lottie, golden doodle/golden oldie). I grew up with dogs - mostly spaniels, and my human baby is being raised a dog (and animal) lover too! My family is me, my wife, our baby, a dog (Lottie, my bestie), and a tortoise (mushroom) 🍄 🐢 I joined Rover to support my family flexibly around childcare and other work (looking after children). We've had pets before with medical needs like an FIV+ cat, dogs that need physio etc. We've also had and looked after exotic pets like bearded dragons, leopard geckos and snakes. I love all animals, big or small - including rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish etc. I've also had a long career looking after children and vulnerable people with varying needs - so I hope this shows that I'm compassionate, caring and trustworthy. I'm looking to fill my life with things I love, like hanging out with animals, my family and candle making! For boarding, please make sure you're happy for your pet to stay with the rest of my family. For some walks I might bring my little one and/or Lottie fluff ball - but I'd check that's okay with you first 😊 Please let me know if you have any questions about me, my experience or my family. Thank you for trusting me to take care of your fur-baby (or scaley, finned or otherwise)! I've recently become a Dad to a lovely little baby who already gets so excited when he sees dogs or plays ball with them. I've also started a hand-made candle company. So, I'm quite flexible with hours as I go out with my baby and my dog at any time of day. I'm also happy to do solo walks if you prefer, just let me know! For walkies: Christchurch park is one of our favourite walks. We also love Holywells, Bourne park, the Dales, and Bramford Meadows. I can take your dog(s) in the car if you have appropriate harnesses - or we have ones you can borrow (for medium size dogs). Or we can just go for a local stroll. Let me know if you'd be happy for me to walk your dog with my dog and/or human baby - or if they'd prefer a solo walk 👣🐾 For sitting: I will always treat your home with respect, like taking my shoes off and making sure windows and doors are locked when I leave. I'll follow any and all rules of how you'd like me to look after your pet and/or home. For boarding: We have a long, good-sized garden that is fenced. Lottie has a lot of dog toys that she's happy to share. We have a tortoise, dog and human baby - so your pet will have to be comfortable with that. P.s. We make home made snacks for dogs - like dried liver. Please let me know if your dog has any dietary requirements
“Kitty & Adam are excellent pet sitters. They took care of our dog as if he were their own and he had a wonderful time! We were sent pictures and kept updated. Couldn’t recommend them enough! 🌟”

“Tom looked after Enola (our 18 month old flat coat retriever) and she had a great time. Tom was super flexible and kept us informed about our dog happiness with overwhelming us with information! We were able to kick back and enjoy a local festival (that did not allow dogs)!!”

“Mark was so kind with my two dogs - he clearly has a way with making dogs feel calm and secure. My girls got lots of cuddles and affection. His communication was excellent from the meet and greet and especially during the visit where I got photos and videos throughout. Thank you Mark for taking such care of Honey and Belle 🐾🐾”

About: I've have experience training dogs as well as taking care of dogs since the puppy stages. I volunteer as dog foster parent and own a labrador teenage girl. I'm currently working from home so the dogs will be with me 24/7 they have unlimited access to the fenced garden to play as well as many toys and treats. I have a fenced garden and a lovely super friendly labrador girl to keep company to any furr babies that might come to the house.
“Chelsea was lovely. She was cheerful and friendly and we knew that Bluey would be well looked after and have a good time. We would definitely recommend Chelsea and would gladly have her look after Bluey in the future.”

About: I work from home and live with my little 3 year old Labrador. I’ve looked after many dogs previously and quite often end up with my families dogs coming to stay as well. I’m up and out by 7ish with my Labrador, and she gets 3 good walks a day, either at the park or the beach or longer on a weekend when we can go exploring I have a fenced garden with grass and patio, my dog is very friendly and sociable so will play nicely along with others. I work from home so plenty of toilet breaks and multiple cuddles during the day
“Our Cockerpoo, Charlie, has just spent another week with Mark. As before, he has returned to us a very happy and relaxed boy. Mark also sent us regular updates and pictures while we were away. We will certainly be asking Mark to take care of Charlie when we go away in the future and can’t recommend him highly enough for dog boarding services”

“Jill & Keith have been fantastic. They have sent me regular updates with pictures which have been so reassuring. Very greatful to be able to enjoy my time away without worry.”

“Words can’t say how happy I was with Chester’s care. It truly was home from home. I could see that he was treated as one of the family including the children. I liked that he could cuddle on the sofa in the evening with Jodie as he does with me at home and he had the freedom of the house. I would 100% recommend her. fabulous family environment”

Cansu took wonderful care of our dog, Bentley, during our recent holiday meaning we had no worries about him whilst we were away. She met with him initially and established his daily routine, likes/dislikes etc and he met her own dogs. It was clear that Cansu has a natural affinity with dogs and he felt very comfortable in her care. Whilst we were away, she messaged daily to advise how he was doing and send pictures which was reassuring to see. Upon collection, bentley was happy and settled and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cansu as a sitter to others- your dog will be wonderfully looked afree and happy in her care.

Our dog Luna has had a fantastic time staying with Thomas. She enjoyed plenty of attention, walks and time outdoors. Thomas clearly loves dogs and we appreciated his updates, videos and photos. We picked up a very happy dog. I’d highly recommend Thomas and he’ll be our first choice if we go away again. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Megan was absolutely wonderful with BoBo! Our miniature Dachshund can be quite a nervous soul in new places, but Megan’s patient approach meant he settled in no time. She followed every instruction perfectly and the frequent photo updates were such a lovely touch that kept us totally stress-free. We picked up a very happy pup and will definitely be booking Megan again!

I have rebooked Natalia several times to look after Iggy and have been really pleased with the love and care she has shown to Iggy each time she has stayed. Natalia is very easy to get in contact with and responds promptly to requests or questions. Natalia keeps me informed about what Iggy is up to and sends photos and videos too! Thank you Natalia for taking such good care of Iggy when she stays with you - really appreciate it ☺️

Trixie took to Kabir instantly and we immediately knew he was the right guy to look after Trixie while we were away for 9 nights. Kabir sent us regular photos and videos of Trixie where she was clearly having so much fun with Kabir and the other dogs in his care. That we thought she may not want to come back home with us 🤣 Would highly recommend Kabir and he will be the first choice when we need to leave Trixie with someone in the future.

A massive thanks to Ellie for having Bella over to stay while we were away. The contact and meet up with Ellie was really good and the pictures and messages she sent were to us were really great. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ellie again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring boarder to leave their pet with.

Our 2 dogs were with Cathy for 2 weeks which is the longest we’ve left them. We didn’t need to worry about them for one minute and could have a relaxing holiday. The whole family love having them stay. The dogs run in the front door without a backwards glance and feel at home instantly. Lots of photos sent, plenty of walks, cuddles & treats. We couldn’t ask for better care. Highly recommended. They will be back.

Sally was a fabulous sitter for our 4 year old Labrador. She’s clearly a dog lover, super attentive and gentle, making sure she knew all about Kiki’s habits and needs for her stay. We met her before the stay so she could get to know Kiki a little in advance which was very reassuring. Sally kept us updated with lots of photos and Kiki had a lovely comfortable stay. Kiki came back happy and smiling, and we were so pleased to have found Sally. Thanks so much for taking good care of her!
