About: We are a family of 4, two children 9 & 14 years old. We have two dauchounds and two cats. We offer a home from home stay for small breeds, with a secure garden, and local walks. We work from home and have lots of behavioural experiences and have fostered dogs and cats over the last 10 years. We enjoyed helping others, and can support family's with dogs who have separation anxiety. My husband Daniel and I both work full time and 80% from home. One of us is always home as we both manage the family routine and children. We have experience with dogs with separation anxiety and are well equipped with dogs who haven't quite mastered toilet training. We have 2 dauchounds, mother and son, and have 2 cats. We offer daily walks and support in a family home with two boys aged 9 and 14 Fenced garden, lead only walks. Home from home stays, we welcome pets on furniture but also offer crate trained support. And will follow parent lead advice to ensure no routine is unsettled.
About: I provide a calm, safe, and structured home-from-home environment for your dog while you’re away — whether that’s during work hours or while you’re on holiday. Dogs staying with me can settle in, play, and relax at their own pace in a quiet, low-pressure home. I regularly foster behavioural dogs for rehabilitation, so I’m very comfortable with dogs who may be a little nervous, quirky, or reactive. I’m always happy to work around each dog’s individual needs to help them feel secure and comfortable during their stay 🤍 I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors, and a wide variety of breeds — from bichons and dachshunds to greyhounds and mixed breeds. At home I have two well-socialised sporting dogs — a collie and a whippet — so I’m very familiar with high-drive and working-type breeds too. They’re both friendly and used to having visiting dogs stay with us 🌟 To keep things calm and safe, I only take a small number of dogs at a time (a maximum of four including my two). This means every dog gets plenty of attention and space. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates so you can see how your dog is getting on and relax while you’re away. I work full time from home, we’ll typically have a walk along the local park/ river in the morning and then take a different longer route in the evening (yay for brighter evenings! ☀️) If I have more than 3 dogs at a time (including my two) I’ll split walks, so I can keep an eye on everyone equally. I do also like booking an enclosed dog field for some free run time for dogs that aren’t off lead. I think it’s important in multi dog houses that dogs get their own space and rest, so my girls and fosters will spend a couple hours a day in their crates to ensure they’re sleeping properly and rested. Dogs are my everything, my friends, hobby’s and home life all revolve around the dogs, so I’m sure your dog will fit in perfectly 😊 I’m happy to accommodate anything you need for your pet, every foster comes with their own set of needs and accommodations so I’m used to putting different things in place, to keep them comfortable and happy 💞 My garden is fenced with a grass and patio section. We can exercise with on lead and off lead walks or enclosed fields if you’d prefer! Whatever makes your dog happy!

“Aoife was simply brilliant! Great communication from very first enquiry right through to picking my dog Cooper up. This was the first time we had left Cooper with anyone outside of our family so we were obviously nervous. But there was no need, Aoife was the perfect host, calm and reassuring as well as knowledgeable with dogs. We had regular updates from Aoife including photos and videos which were a wonderful addition to putting our minds at rest. Cooper had a great time during his stay and we will definitely be using Aoife again. Thanks so much for everything Aoife, hopefully see you soon. 😊🦮😊”

About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 3 years, and what makes me stand out is my experience with both puppies and senior pets. I can help train those energetic pups and provide gentle care for older dogs who need a little extra attention. I focus on keeping pets happy and engaged with fun activities, daily walks, and a personalized routine that suits their needs. You can relax knowing your furry friend will be loved and well taken care of while you're away! I’m currently a student at the university of essex.Even though some days i might have some lessons i do have a lot of free time and i always fix my schedule accordingly. When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of space to play and relax. I pet-proof the area, ensuring hazards are out of reach, and I maintain a clean space to prevent any accidents. I respect their routines and keep everything familiar for the pets. I follow their guidelines for feeding, exercise, and any special needs, and I always prioritize safety by keeping doors locked and monitoring pets during playtime. Building trust is key, so I make sure to communicate regularly with pet owners, providing updates and photos to reassure them that their furry friends are happy and well cared for. Your pets are treated like family.

Looking forward to booking and seeing you and Dinky again.”

“Will and his wife were very friendly and welcoming on arrival to drop off Tony. They did everything we asked of them whilst he was in their care. They coped well with him being unsettled in a new place on the first night and it sounds like he settled right in after that. We will use them again when in the area!”

Robert and his family looked after my Labrador at very short notice. He was friendly, flexible, great at replying and also brilliant at sending update photos and videos. My dog was well loved and walked twice in 24 hours. More than he gets at home! My boy came home happy 💙 I would 100% recommend and would use Robert again!

I’m really glad we found Briony—she’s genuinely kind and you can tell how much she loves dogs. She was so attentive and clearly knows what she’s doing, sticking closely to Reggie’s usual routine and training. I also really appreciated the updates she sent while he was with her—it was so reassuring. She’s someone you can completely trust, and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask her to look after Reggie again in the future.

Amadeusz watched our senior chihuahua for a bit over a week - I was nervous going into it because Ellie can be a bit wary of new people, but she settled right in with Amadeusz! We received regular updates on how she was doing, along with photos - it provided peace of mind that she was well taken care of in our absence. When our return was delayed due to problems with the flight, Amadeusz was very flexible and told us not to worry. We will definitely book again next time we need care for Ellie. Thank you!

Celine was amazing with Coda. He loved his stay and even got to run off leash in a field for the first time! Being a rescue, I was nervous about leaving him but Celine put all my worries to rest, sending constant updates and even teaching him a new trick. Coda loved his stay!

Sabina looked after Teddy so well and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She was incredibly attentive, took him on regular walks, and made sure he was comfortable and happy the whole time. We really appreciated the frequent updates and photos, it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Teddy looked like he was having the best time! We’d absolutely book with Sabina again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Claire and her lovely family. They had our 4.5-month-old working cocker spaniel, Enzo, for five nights and took such fantastic care of him. From the moment we dropped him off, we felt completely at ease. Claire, her husband and their adorable 2.5-year-old embraced the full madness and energy of a young puppy! Enzo was walked multiple times each day, given loads of attention, and clearly treated as part of the family. Their beautiful 4-year-old working cocker spaniel, Annie, was the perfect companion. She kept Enzo on his toes, helped teach him a few tricks, and looked like she genuinely enjoyed having him around. We received regular updates and could see how happy and settled he was, which meant the world to us. Enzo came home tired, content and very well cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire to anyone looking for a caring, experienced and genuinely lovely dog sitter. Thank you again for looking after our boy so brilliantly!

I was put at ease straight away with a visit to Bettina’s with Bosco prior to his stay. During his stay Bettina kept me updated with how Bosco was doing. He was walked regularly and on collection it looked like he enjoyed his stay. Very happy with the care Bettina provided.
