My dog, Lemmy, had a wonderful time with Cathy. I’m very grateful that she agreed to look after him at short notice. Also, the great walks she took him on. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care Lemmy received while I was away. Thank you Cathy; we’ll see you again soon!
Gryffindor had an absolutely fantastic stay with Cathy. As the owner of a very active black Labrador who loves nothing more than swimming, retrieving and being part of the action, it’s always a worry leaving him with someone new. Cathy immediately put our minds at ease with her warm, caring nature and obvious love for dogs. She took the time to understand Gryffindor’s personality and made sure he had plenty of exercise, attention and fun during his stay. We loved receiving updates and photos, and it was clear he was having a brilliant time. Seeing him so happy and relaxed made it easy for us to enjoy our time away. Gryffindor came home tired, content and clearly very fond of Cathy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring and professional dog sitter. Thank you, Cathy, for looking after our boy so well!
Loki seemed really comfortable and happy in Cathy and Stan's company. It's great that Cathy understands big dogs and retrievers' love for dirty water sources! He's been snoozing since I picked him up so a good sign he had a blast! ❤️

This was the first time I've left my dog Lindy with a non-family member and I am so thrilled I found Cathy! Cathy is so caring and attentive especially as Lindy can be an escape artist(!) Lindy had an excellent weekend and had lots of love and walks which was so lovely to hear. Lindy got along with Stan too which is an added bonus to all. I highly recommend Cathy! :D

Schedule
I work from home so am here all day to look after your dog as I do my own gorgeous golden retriever, Stan. I wake up early (06:30) to say hi, provide breakfast, and let Stan and your lovely dog out in our safe garden followed by a cuddle. Then we’re out for a walk in the lovely open spaces on our doorstep. If it’s the weekend - and your dog is keen - we’ll go to the beach for a swim or paddle! Otherwise happy to stick to our lovely countryside walks :) Chill time then playtime in the garden followed by another walk later. Then dinner and an evening play and chill whilst we cook dinner and relax at home with Stan and his pal :)

I have my own 7 year old golden retriever, Stan who is very chilled and gets on with all dogs and humans! We have a spacious home with a fenced garden. There are lots of lovely walks on our doorstep and we like to go to the beach for a swim or paddle too! Stan is my third child! I have two grown up kids at uni. Freddie, 22 and Poppy 20. I will look after your dog as if he were part of our family.

A typical day
Working from home means your dog will always have lots of cuddles and company. We’ll have 2 walks / day in the beautiful green spaces nearby.
