This was the first time I had boarded Bella with a Rover host and it could not have been better. Cathy made Bella (and myself) feel very comfortable straight away. I was very confident that she would settle down immediately and be very happy for the duration and neither of us were disappointed. A beautiful house with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. I can't recommend Cathy enough.
Our dog stayed with Cathy for 2 nights over the bank holiday. Everything was so easy. We had a quick meet and greet beforehand and then while he stayed with her we got lots of lovely updates and photos. I wouldn’t hesitate sending him to stay again when we next need it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sitter in Colchester
Cathy was fabulous. Really friendly, everything went as planned and arranged. Cathy clearly has a love of dogs and treated Dexter like her own. Will definitely be using her again and would recommend. .
Perfect. Lots of photos and communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to leave Charlie with Cathy and family again!
Cathy is AMAZING! I get a bit of anxiety around leaving my 2 doggos with new people but at the initial meet and greet with Cathy it was instantly apparent she was such a doggy person and that my girls loved her! She is really aware of dog behaviour and puts dogs first - love her! Will use again x
My dog, Lemmy, had a wonderful time with Cathy. I’m very grateful that she agreed to look after him at short notice. Also, the great walks she took him on. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care Lemmy received while I was away. Thank you Cathy; we’ll see you again soon!

Schedule
I work from home so am here all day to look after your dog as I do my own gorgeous golden retriever, Stan. I wake up early (06:30) to say hi, provide breakfast, and let Stan and your lovely dog out in our safe garden followed by a cuddle. Then we’re out for a walk in the lovely open spaces on our doorstep. If it’s the weekend - and your dog is keen - we’ll go to the beach for a swim or paddle! Otherwise happy to stick to our lovely countryside walks :) Chill time then playtime in the garden followed by another walk later. Then dinner and an evening play and chill whilst we cook dinner and relax at home with Stan and his pal :)

I have my own 7 year old golden retriever, Stan who is very chilled and gets on with all dogs and humans! We have a spacious home with a fenced garden. There are lots of lovely walks on our doorstep and we like to go to the beach for a swim or paddle too! Stan is my third child! I have two grown up kids at uni. Freddie, 22 and Poppy 20. I will look after your dog as if he were part of our family.

Working from home means your dog will always have lots of cuddles and company. We’ll have 2 walks / day in the beautiful green spaces nearby.
