Experienced foster mum providing a safe space
*About me* I have been around animals my whole life, including dogs, cats and horses. My family and I have fostered many dogs until they found their forever home, so I have a lot of experience with a range of dogs, including nervous pups. We love having dogs in the house and will treat them like our own! I know how difficult it can be leaving them with someone. I board my own dogs through rover occasionally and know what I would like for my dogs: to be safe, comfy and loved. As a dog sitter, I send regular updates and will ask for your personal routine so I can make sure your dog is comfortable and happy. My focus is on safety and comfort. *Meet the household* We currently have our own two dogs at home. Meli and Favo. Meli is 10 years old and a bit sassy at first but a great foster mum who is great at guiding nervous dogs. Favo is 1 and while wary of people - absolutely loves other dogs. He brings out the best in everyone. I always make sure to introduce them safely with new dogs and will request a meet and greet before booking to ensure the right fit and understand how I can make your pup as comfy as possible.

Lana was, and has been, amazing. She has assisted me very much in my efforts to alter the booking and has been nothing but accommodating. My dog, Penny, spent 2 weeks with her, her partner and their two dogs. I had met with Lana and the dogs prior to the holiday and she proved to be a very organised and experienced dog owner. I had daily updates whilst away but felt completely reassured that my precious pup was being looked after as well as I would have done if I had been there. On collection Penny looked happy, well and relaxed. It was a complete weight from my mind that whilst I was away that any issues or problems Lana was completely able to have dealt with might that have been necessary. I now know that on any event of needing dog care she is there, which is extremely comforting. Thank you Lana, and the dogs, for making Penny such a happy girl whilst I was away. Schedule
I currently work from home, and only go into the office occasionally. I am able to provide supervision and regular potty breaks. My office days are flexible so feel free to reach out.

Safety, trust & environment
I live with my partner. We treat all dogs like our own at our house and are able to accommodate all preferences. Dogs are allowed anywhere in our house. We have a fenced garden where we are able to play and and there is plenty of nature nearby for nice and peaceful walks. I only take one booking at a time so your pup will always be my sole focus! My dogs Meli and Favo are used to guests, but I have access to gates and can separate and give your dog space if needed.

A typical day
I love going for walks in the forest near our house. Highwoods forest is just at our doorstep! At home we love to play and rest. My place provides a safe space to do so.
