They promptly responded to all of our messages, made themselves available to meet with us prior to the sit, and kept us updated throughout the day when looking after our pet babies. They have also been super flexible in terms of timings and booking some additional days. We have secured their services for two more house sits and we are hoping to book some more in the near future. She never hesitated when it came to changing her litter tray when needed and as she was an elderly cat with ailments, karen would monitor her health. With my cat being so frail it was difficult for me to leave her but Karen had my full trust and I always came home to a happy well cared for cat. I Would very highly recommend her.”

About: I have had dogs in various shapes and sizes since I was a child. A Jack Russell that lived to 17, a rescued Great Dane, a beautiful Weimaraner (the love of my life, sadly missed) and now a 3 year old Bedlington terrier. I also work part time at ITFC and have been DBS checked 👍 I’m now retired and thought I’d try my hand at dog care. We live in a bungalow on the outskirts of Ipswich surrounded by fields and great walks for dogs (on or off the lead). We also have a large garden that is fully fenced in. I would treat every pet as if it were my own, lots of walks and stimulating play time, I hate to see bored dogs. To encourage good behaviour I set ground rules for my own dog and would expect the guest dog to be able to follow the same simple instructions. This would help to create a calm and relaxed environment.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since my childhood and have dog-sat several of my friends’ dogs too! I can take your furry friend out for a walk and toilet break when needed. I’m free most weekends and wednesdays, so I can drop in or housesit for a weekend break when needed! If I’m needed an extra day longer I can be flexible though. I have a fenced back garden and two cats that are really tolerant of anything! There is a park nearby and areas to walk pets if longer walks are preferred too.

About: I have a BSc hons degree in animal science plus many years of caring and looking after a range of animal species. I have an animal first aid certification, international pet sitting diploma and I am fully insured under my own pet sitting business. I am a self employed pet sitter therefore can dedicate my time to your pet and their personal needs. I don’t double book to ensure every pet is cared for at the highest standard. I live in a house with a fenced surrounding making it very secure and safe for any pets that I care for. I also live very local to a lovely park for daily walks.

About: I have worked in a vets for years, looking after and helping to nurse animals. I also have always had dogs myself and have spent my entire life walking and taking care of them. I also have a cat and a tortoise !! I currently work flexible hours and therefore can be around for pet care. I can work most timings into my schedule. I am flexible with my approach as I am taking a gap year before heading off to uni. I am able to walk your pets and look after them. I have a fenced garden which is enclosed with lots of space to play. I have lots of really lovely local walks which I take my dog on and would love to share with you as well as discovering new places!

“Gabriele is very good with pets, she makes a huge effort to wake up early and make sure they’re outside for a wee or poo, she was constantly walking my dog whether it was just 5 minutes or an hour. She is very good at knowing what weather the pets can go out and when it’s too hot. She’s very loving and gives a lot of attention to the pets.”
