2. Charissa J.
“Charissa looked after our little nervous dog Ivy. I have to say from the moment we did the meet and greet with Charissa till this weekend when she looked after little Ivy, Charissa was amazing and very professional with Ivy. She sent us regular updates and pictures reassuring us whilst we were away as we had only had Ivy a couple of weeks. Charissa was simply amazing and such a wonderful caring young lady. My partner and I would have no hesitation in using Charissa again and would recommend using her. Thank you Charissa. Mark, Jo & Ivy”
3. Julie C.
“Julie and Andy have been absolutely fabulous, and our pets have fallen in love with them instantaneously. They promptly responded to all of our messages, made themselves available to meet with us prior to the sit, and kept us updated throughout the day when looking after our pet babies. They have also been super flexible in terms of timings and booking some additional days. We have secured their services for two more house sits and we are hoping to book some more in the near future. Thank you, Andy & Julie!”

5. Laura E.
“As an over protective dog mum, I don’t put trust in many people to look after & care for them. However, Laura is AMAZING. She’s lovely, friendly, and very trustworthy. My 2 dogs were happy, as was I 😄 Laura sent updates often without being prompted - added bonus. Would 100% recommend Laura. Thank you for being YOU 🥰”

“Mark Barnes is a very close friend who I can recommend to take care of people's family pets or pets needing stable accomodation before they are re-homed. He grew up with a family pet dog and also looked after my pet Jack Russell on numerous occasions when I was away.My pet always felt relaxed, calm and happy in his care. He is reliable, honest and will take full responsibility with their welfare regards walking, feeding and giving them love and attention which they so rightly deserve whilst the owners are absent from their lives.”

About: Please note! I am not always available monday-friday, I have to work around my work hours, so on those days I may only be able to do mornings or evenings for walks and drop ins, please message me for more info. I have always had dogs in my home, from puppies up to seniors. I have always owned active working breeds such as Labradors, Cocker spaniels and most recently Sprocker spaniels. Although not specialised, I enjoy partaking in obedience training with puppies and any who need the extra help! Always up for a long walk and know lots of good places in the area to go, whether it be the seaside, country fields, or forests. I am fully trained in emergency first aid (for humans) but have recently started to dabble in the doggy side just in case. I work full time monday-friday so I am not always available those days depending on wether I am working an open shift or a close shift, so please message me for more information about my availability, as I will still be able to drop in/walk but sometimes only mornings/evenings. My home comes equipped with a large fenced and gated garden, with lots of areas to explore, such as our paddock (that previously kept donkeys) out the back, and lots of flower beds and bushes. I own two spaniels, one senior 13 year old golden cocker spaniel, and a very high energy 1 year old springer and working cocker cross, whose names are Daisy and Willow respectively. Willow is the most friendly pup, and will try to smother and play with anything that moves. She is keen to teach her scent work tricks to those who might enjoy it! Daisy on the other hand, has become grumpy in her old age, but still enjoys long walks and lots of swimming. They are both very active and healthy dogs who would enjoy a playmate anytime. I have previously dog sat and walked friends and neighbours dogs, including their new Black labrador puppy and older yellow Lab, and also for two rescue Jack Russels.

I am fully insured with an Enhanced DBS on the update service, I am constantly updating my skills and have received Canine First Aid and Dog Behavioural Training. I spend a lot of time with the animals I care for particularly with companion dogs who are used to spending a lot of time with their owners. I love the countryside and like to take my dogs on interesting and adventurous walks suitable for their ability. I carry out extra household duties such as watering plants, putting bins out and any other specific duties my clients would like to care for their home whilst they are away. I have a background in property management and can react quickly if any unusual issues arise. I am primarily a book editor but work from home so I can be flexible with my time. Pet sitting needs to be scheduled in advance. I can be available last minute for local sits and walks subject to availability. I am a loving House & Pet Sitter and care for animals in their own comfortable home environment. I prefer to meet both my clients and their pets beforehand so normally work within a reasonable driving distance, although I do have clients in London and Norfolk.
