About: I have had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember and have always loved being around them. Over the past two summers, I have helped a family friend with their dog walking and boarding business, gaining hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. During this time, I regularly walked groups of dogs (including up to six dogs at once), ensuring they were safe, happy, and well cared for. I also provided house sitting and looked after dogs while owners were away, including maintaining their routines, giving them plenty of attention, and making sure they felt comfortable in their own environment. I understand that every dog is different, and I take the time to get to know their individual needs, whether that’s a long walk, playtime, companionship, or simply a calm and reassuring presence while their owners are away. I would love the opportunity to provide your dog with the same care and attention I would give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine, and I have plenty of time to dedicate to providing dogs with exercise, attention, and companionship. About: My biggest so far challenge, was my “staff”breed. In fact, with lots of love, and an appropriate training approach, we bonded perfectly. Once or twice, i walked four “wiggle wags”at the same time, handful of treats worked just as well, we made a one “great pack” effort. A Caring for well-being of your pets will be depending on binding a joy of life, healthy snacks, and a cosy rest. I am self employed and managing most of my own schedule. I will find a time and i can fit in a pet care in, at my best. a Big garden with secured fencing, plus live next to one of the biggest parks in town, so if the pet dog is in need of good run, surely can provide that.
About: I am looking to take care of some sweet animals when their owners are away. I’d love to take them for walks or check in to make sure they are alright - needing food and/or love. About: I've had 3 years + experience with pets, taking care of dogs as young as 8 months to 11 years old, from Greyhounds to Cairn Terriors. Throughout this time I've joined Zoom recall training for a Beagle puppy I cared for, provided post operative care and administered medication to my most senior dogs. I'm currently volunteering for The Cinnamon Trust charity to help the elderly walk their dogs as well as being a member of Borrowmydoggy. About: Must be child friendly 💜 One of my favourite things to do when taking care of dogs is taking them on days out and visiting different dog friendly places with them - if that’s also their thing! We love to go on a lot of walks, staying active and stimulated. We also have a cemetery moments away which is popular to us dog walkers for all types of dog personalities due to the lead only rule - great for those that prefer to be on a walk uninterrupted. I know that some dogs do struggle with separation anxiety which is why one of my strategies is to take them out on a walk almost immediately after a drop off as it rather quickly settles them and helps them to form a bond and trust with me. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since a young age for family members. It is something nice to do in my spare time as i love animals. I am comfortable with long walks and to play with dogs. However i comfortable to do short walks and just keep each other company if needs be. I have looked after family members elderly dogs and dealt with them being fairly poorly. I haven’t got much experience with puppies other than being around one for a couple of hours at a time I work full time, but my shifts can vary. I can’t recommend Ocean enough 🐾 . I had to submit quite a last minute booking for my two pooches, despite never meeting them, or me, she was happy to drop in on them to say hello. One of my dogs get a little nervous at first but, looking at the photos, she won him over very quickly and both the dogs loved her. She also gave me lots of updates throughout which was brilliant and really appreciated 🥰 will definitely be using Ocean again!
Ellie truly is a cat lover. Being very skeptical about inviting a stranger into our home and to look after our cats I wasn't sure about using this service...until I met Ellie.
