About: I've been caring for friends and families dogs for as long as I can remember and have since owned my own dog for 6 years now! I have also previously worked as a community carer which involved lots of pet care to all types of animals that clients owned! I absolutely love the outdoors and walking to new places in the countryside surrounding, and combining that with looking after a dog is the perfect mix! I've only just graduated university so whilst working part-time hours, I'd love to fill my spare time getting to hang out with pups! I regularly go out walking both alone, with friends and with my own dog too. I have a fully fenced garden and a calm, friendly dog living home who gets on with anyone and anything (apart from the pigeons that live in our garden tree!). We allow him to go everywhere in the house and leave the doors to the garden open at all times for easy access whenever he wants!

About: I’m a caring and responsible dog lover with hands-on experience looking after dogs. I have my own 3-year-old Cavapoo called Archie, so I have plenty of experience with day-to-day care, walks, feeding, playtime and training. I’ve also helped look after friends’ dogs, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines and needs. I understand how important it is to know your dog is happy, safe and well cared for while you’re away, and I’ll always treat them with the same love and attention I give Archie. I work from home, so I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day to give pets attention, walks, playtime and company. I can care for dogs at my home or stay at the owner’s home, depending on what works best. If I’m staying at the owner’s home, Archie would need to come with me as he is my own dog and is very friendly. I always put a pet’s safety and wellbeing first. I have a completely fenced and secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time. Archie is friendly and is used to roaming freely around the house, but I also have a stair gate and a crate available if either dog needs some extra space, separation or a quiet place to settle. When caring for a pet in their own home, I would follow their usual routine and make sure they feel comfortable and secure in familiar surroundings. I’m respectful of people’s homes and understand how important it is to build trust with both the owner and their pet.

“I left a domino for the first time he had been left outside of family this weekend and it was a really positive experience for both of us. Domino had a great time and was even a bit reluctant to leave his new friends. I would not hesitate to use Martin again or recommend him to others.he obviously adores dogs and has good knowledge in how to care for them.”

About: Hi, I’m Maria! 🐾 I am home full-time with my dog Teddy by my side. We love canine company and would be delighted to welcome your furry friend into our home. I'm available for full day care, and possibly overnight stays. Our home is calm and child-free, making it an ideal environment for dogs who need a peaceful space. Teddy is a small dog who is great with other dogs and enjoys having playmates to share his day with. We have a secure garden where they can play safely. Since I'm here around the clock, your dog will receive plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout their stay -they'll never be left alone for long periods. I’m at home all day. My little dog is walked by 10am most mornings and then has the use of the garden for the rest of the day. In the nicer weather he may get more walks!! I have a secure garden for dogs to enjoy, including a safely fenced-off pond area so they can explore while staying protected. Safety is always my priority.

“Archie has stayed with Alix quite a few times now. This time he stayed with Alix (and Toby 🐶 ) for 2 weeks while we went away - the longest we have left him. Alix sent us lots of photos and kept us up to date with how he was doing, so we didn’t worry at all about him. He gets on so well with Toby too. He came home a very happy boy, after having a fortnight of him and Toby playing. Totally recommend Alix if you want your dog to have an enjoyable stay 🥰. Thanks Alix for looking after our boy so well. 😊”

“Sonny & Luna our sproker spaniels had a lovely 1 night stay with William and his wife. From arrival Sonny & Luna were able to go searching and sniffing freely in the large garden and house. Sonny quickly found the toy box and played one of his favourite games of emptying it one toy at a time and hiding them around the garden. They were taken on walks and we had videos and photos sent to us regularly over the 24 hours. Thank you William, I would definately recommend and confidently use you again to care for my spaniels”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life quite literally, my first present as a newborn straight out of hospital was a gorgeous black ball of fur aka Tyson a German shepherd puppy and from that day on we were inseparable…. Needless to say now gsd’s are my favorite breed and will always be my favorite butttt and that’s a very big but all dogs of all shapes and sizes hold a special place in my heart. I get on with dogs better then I do humans forming special bonds and an instant attachment to any dog I lay eyes on. I can’t go anywhere without stopping whoever has a dog and asking them if I can make a fuss of them so I thought I would put this love or obsession whatever you like to call it to good use and help others and welcome your dogs into my home where they will be loved like my own and part of our pack… food bowls washed throughly after every use and water bowls washed every time it’s refilled. Long walks every day or even 2 times a day and no I’m not talking a hour at a time I’m talking 3-4 hours I believe dogs should be outside exploring not inside all day… mental stimulation is a must… I’m not saying I’m perfect I’m just saying I know what I’m doing 🥰🥰 I am currently a stay at home mum who is looking for an extra income to contribute more to my household and my family? So I have availability pretty much all day every day from 10 AM up until 2 o’clock I am free and from 4:30 till whenever you need I am free. I will have my children with me if you are happy with that I have a baby and a toddler that don’t go to school yet if it’s at the weekend, then I will be Child free. This does not affect my ability to do my job as I have pets myself and I look after them with my children. If your dogs are other dog friendly, I’m happy for your dogs to join us, if not that’s ok too I can take them separately. I have two dogs myself who are more than happy to keep your dogs company. I can crate your dog for safety, If it is needed I have a garden and children that would love to play with your dogs if your dogs are at my home or you are happy for my children to play with your dogs then my toddler is more than happy to if my other two are at school. I have plenty of fans in my house for this hot weather and they are on all the time. If your dog is at my home, there is freshwater everywhere in my home. I have no rules in my house for dogs, being toilet trained is preferred but if your dog is old incontinent or still a puppy, it is absolutely fine. I have hardwood floors and dogs have accidents happen. It’s easily cleaned up. Your dog will be more than at home here they’ll be allowed up on the sofas in our garden.

“Frances looked after Murphy so well and sent lots of updates. Even though there was an issue with his bed being torn by another dog, she thoughtfully ordered him a new bed to replace it! Will definitely use Frances’ services again as it’s clear she loves animals and cares deeply for them. Murphy didn’t want to leave!”
