“Another fabulous stay! Pixie almost pulled my arm off as she yanked on her lead to get into their house when I dropped her off. Needless to say that she was very excited to be back for another ‘holiday’. Thank you again for taking such excellent care of her ❤️”
2. Chris T.
“Lokii seems to have loved his time with Chris...who is very friendly, very accommodating and is great with his communication. I'd have no hesitation in asking Chris to mind Lokii again (whether Chris would say the same about Lokii is another matter :D )”
3. Sarah G.
“Our dog Peggy had an absolute ball at Sarah's. Lovely people with a gorgeous home and loads of space for the dogs to run around. It was so nice to go away knowing your dog was being so well looked after. Five-star on every level - highly recommend. Thanks Sarah!”
4. Jennie K.
“Jen was brilliant again. She sent lots of photos throughout Milo’s stay and gave us plenty of updates which were really reassuring. Happy dog, happy owners. Thanks so much Jen!”
5. Mark B.
“Really happy to leave our dog with Mark. He communicated before the stay and we agreed to meet up before hand. I could tell our dog was going to be happy with Mark who has a lovely home and garden. Mark was flexible when there was a mix up in the time for the drop off which I really appreciated. Mark also accommodated the raw food diet and crate for bed time. Mark provided daily updates during our dog's stay. This gave us comfort that our dog was having a great time, getting out and visiting local parks. A real staycation for him. Overall its not easy for us to leave our dog with someone new. But Mark was lovely. I would definitely recommend Mark to any dog owner.”
6. Emily D.
“Emily and her lovely family are very welcoming and have really helped Dexter to settle in their home, also their dog George is very friendly. We are very happy for Dexter to spend more time at Emily’s, he is getting more relaxed, which is reassuring for us as he can be quite anxious at times.”
7. Charlee H.
“Thank you Charlee for looking after our Toby whilst we went away in December. Knowing he was inside in the warm rather than in kennels particularly with the weather was reassuring and meant we could relax & enjoy our holiday. Thanks for providing the pictures which were reassuring and we could see Toby enjoyed all the attention you gave him. Short of being with us it was the best experience we could give him and we will ask if you can look after him again next time we all go on holiday. Thanks again”
8. Mark F.
“Bibi has had the best time with Mark. He has looked after her brilliantly and she’s had great fun with lots of walks and attention. Mark has been great about sending photos and videos of Bibi and wed love to use him again 😊”

11. Jacqueline S.
“Jacqui loves dogs and it's immediately apparent on first meeting her. We are so happy to have found her and know that our dogs get the best treatment and are well looked after. She does all the relevant checks that really made us feel at ease leaving our Bill with her for a week whilst on holiday.”
12. Robert G.
“Helpful, friendly, passionate: that's Bob. He gives our dog plenty of attention and play. Bob always sends a photo to reassure all is well. Really good.”

15. Adam B.
“Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable, helping us out last minute with our dog Ovi. He sent over updates and photos which was greatly appreciated and Ovi had such a fun time with Conan (as well as Ghost, another dog he was looking after). I would highly recommend Adam and his partner! We would definitely use him again should Ovi need another night away! Thank you so much!”
16. Lucy H.

17. Devone K.
“Our lab Monty had the most wonderful stay with Devone and her lovely family. He came back so happy and relaxed! From the moment we met her, we felt comfortable leaving her our furry baby. She sent us regular updates with photos and videos. Everything was easy and it’s obvious she’s used to caring for dogs. I’m SO glad we’ve found Devone. Wouldn’t hesitate to leave Monty with her again and recommend her heartily! Thank you Devone!!”
18. Emma W.
“Emma is very well suited to dog boarding; calm, practical, welcoming, knowledgeable and very competent. She helped Magro feel settled in his new surroundings and the experience helped develop his socialisation skills. We hope he will return for a future holiday!”

About: IT IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT TO HOLD AN ANIMAL WELFARE LICENCE. I am one of few providers on that list. You will see Paws for Holiday listed on there with licence number AWL0017, under my married name, I am listed on here in my maiden name. I haven;t changed my passport name. I grew up surrounded by pets, dogs (westies), cats, birds, rabbits, rats, mice and tortoises! Blame my mum for my rescue world obsession. I went on to run my own rescue; fostering and assessing over 300 dogs as well as other pets. I’ve owned both small and large breeds. I have some dog training background from volunteering with a behaviourist, re-certified first aid and CPR May 2024. 4 * Local authority licensed AWL0017. DBS checked. Protectivity insured. I only accept one household booking at a time. I offer a complete home from home experience to family friendly pets. Pets are welcome to lay on the sofa, lay on the bed, they have their own sofabed for those that struggle to sleep alone at night (I’ve slept with many in my arms over the years). I want your furry family to feel at home here. We are an animal crazy family with one adult always working from home, we have back ups should both of us not be around for more than an hour and they are included on my insurance. My children have grown up surrounded by pets and I returned to fostering when they were 6 years old. They’re now 10 & 11 and very dog savvy. The 10 year old loves nothing more than having his face and ears washed by dogs I have included photos of dogs that I’ve boarded, fostered and our own dogs. I have a fenced in garden with a locked gate and 6ft high fence. The driveway and garden are covered by security cameras. We have two friendly resident dogs female cockerpoo 18 month spayed, male cocker 30 months neutered. The dogs are allowed free rein of the house if they want a cuddle on the sofa or bed then so be it. The male is regularly found in my son’s bedroom curled up with him and foster dogs are often found rolling around on our bed. I like a dog to feel at home! The dogs have a variety of different walks depending on the day and weather. We are one household at a time so for us it’s about having the best time with your pets rather than being in it for £££.
