Kezia kept us updated the whole weekend with plenty of photos, which we really appreciated and nothing was too much to ask. About: I have been around dogs my entire life quite literally, my first present as a newborn straight out of hospital was a gorgeous black ball of fur aka Tyson a German shepherd puppy and from that day on we were inseparable…. Needless to say now gsd’s are my favorite breed and will always be my favorite butttt and that’s a very big but all dogs of all shapes and sizes hold a special place in my heart. I get on with dogs better then I do humans forming special bonds and an instant attachment to any dog I lay eyes on. I can’t go anywhere without stopping whoever has a dog and asking them if I can make a fuss of them so I thought I would put this love or obsession whatever you like to call it to good use and help others and welcome your dogs into my home where they will be loved like my own and part of our pack… I am currently a stay at home mum who is looking for an extra income to contribute more to my household and my family? So I have availability pretty much all day every day from 10 AM up until 2 o’clock I am free and from 4:30 till whenever you need I am free. I will have my children with me if you are happy with that I have a baby and a toddler that don’t go to school yet if it’s at the weekend, then I will be Child free. This does not affect my ability to do my job as I have pets myself and I look after them with my children. If your dogs are other dog friendly, I’m happy for your dogs to join us, if not that’s ok too I can take them separately. I have two dogs myself who are more than happy to keep your dogs company. I can crate your dog for safety, If it is needed I have a garden and children that would love to play with your dogs if your dogs are at my home or you are happy for my children to play with your dogs then my toddler is more than happy to if my other two are at school. I have plenty of fans in my house for this hot weather and they are on all the time. If your dog is at my home, there is freshwater everywhere in my home. I have no rules in my house for dogs, being toilet trained is preferred but if your dog is old incontinent or still a puppy, it is absolutely fine. I have hardwood floors and dogs have accidents happen. It’s easily cleaned up. Your dog will be more than at home here they’ll be allowed up on the sofas in our garden.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
