4. Frances P.
“We are so lucky to have found Frances to look after our dogs, there is no one else I would trust them with. I am very fussy about who looks after them but my dogs can tell that Frances is a natural pet lover and they took to her instantly. She is reliable, hard working and treats them as if they were her own. I feel completely confident when I leave them in her care and know they will be safe and well fussed. They are always excited to see her and I know they love her as much as we do!”

About: I have had numerous dogs with me over the last 25 years and am happy to look after multiple dogs alongside my Labrador, Conan. I have experience with puppies up to senior dogs and medication administration. I live in a rural area with plenty of safe walks and a large garden to run around in. I dog sit on my time off shift so they get my full attention the whole time they are with me. I work shift work which affords me extended periods of time off work. During this time I am with my Labrador and have plenty of time to dog sit. I have a safe home that is dog friendly with a large secure garden to run around in. There is locked gates preventing access to the road. Our dogs are part of the family and with us the whole time.
8. Natalie Q.
“Natalie is an avid animal-lover and is always kind and gentle. She will always be happy to spoil a furry friend and provide great care.”
9. Karen R.
“Karen is really great with our little dog and he loves her. She is excellent at looking after him the way that we look after him, making sure he sticks to his routine, gets the right food/treats/medicine as required, plays with him and keeps him entertained and, best of all from his point of view, provides plenty of cuddles and affection. Karen has always looked after our dog in our house, and we absolutely could not be happier with the way she looks after it like it was her own. Always clean and tidy, and takes care of everything while we are away. Absolutely recommend!”
10. Catherine E.
“Katie has cared for both my dogs and cats over the years. As one of my dogs got older she developed diabetes. Katie has always been very responsible administering her medication. I wouldn’t send my furry family anywhere else.”
11. Abigail H.
“Abi has looked after Pippa for on many occasion and for periods ranging from 1 day to 1 week, whilst I have been away for work. Pippa is always given the best care, with lots of love and lots of walks. Abi tailors to specific instructions when caring for dogs and keeps me update multiple times a day with how Pippa is getting on. Abi usually pet sits in my home so that I have some security at my property whilst I’m away. Abi is a 10/10 sitter and she’ll take the best care of your dog”

13. Emma F.
About: Looked after all types and ages of dogs, especially fond of older dogs looking for company and regular little wonders and hyperactive dogs that love to play and run around all day. I also enjoy training dogs on walks and in the house I work part-time (3-4 days a week). On working days I can stay in your home and look after your pet before starting work at 7:30, pop in whilst on my lunch break and then again after work at 5pm. On my days off I can stay as long as required Prefer to look after dogs in the owner’s home as dogs appear happier and more settled along with all their essentials being on site. Can walk dogs long distances 2-3 times daily so can look after all types and personalise walked to their needs/preferences

17. Angela C.
About: Hi, I’m Angela, I’m 32yrs old and live in Monks Eleigh. I have recently developed this new found love of mine into Happy Tails pet services which I run alongside Rover. If you would like details of Happy Tails please let me know. I have updated my profile to enable a better insight into what I do & who I am. I have recently left the police having worked as a police officer in London. I have gone back into health care to enable a better work life balance and to do what I love… be with animals. I grew up on a small holding with a range of livestock & cattle. I was lucky enough to grow up with and around gun dogs who I just adore; the crazier the better 😂. WHY IM DOING THIS I started rover to fill a void, I left an abusive marriage which resulted in my horse & dog being given away. I missed animals & being outside so I started rover hoping to meet a few pups. I have been extremely lucky & grateful to meet some amazing families and their lovely fluffy friends. I never expected to be as busy as I have been and I couldn’t ask for kinder people to welcome me into their homes. Whilst looking after your animals I only ever have one animal boarding at a time. I also only do solo dog walks. I’m not interested in over filling my home or putting dogs at risk by walking 10 at a time just to make money. Your animal is purely my priority and has all my time and attention. I’m more than happy to take your pets out for long walks, drive to parks, vet checks ect. No preferences or needs are too big or too small, Even just throw a ball and have lots of cuddles. I had a cocker spaniel and as long as he had his ball and his mum that’s all he needed :) MY PETS I am very lucky to have the sweetest & kindest Labrador who was kindly rehomed to me through rover. She loves people & dogs more then anything but if your dog boards with us we have arrangements in place if your dog cannot be kept with other dogs. I also have rescue cats & Guinea pigs who are out the way of staying pets. SO WHY AM I DOING THIS? I love long walks, muddy paws and slobbery kisses more than anyone could imagine. I adore animals, I am a very patient and sensible person, so whatever your pet or their personality, we will get along just fine. I’m happy for regular updates and perfectionist owners who want to leave me lists (please tell me I’m not the only one who does this haha) Please feel free to ask me any questions. I am fully DBS checked & have full public liability cover. I have currently changed jobs so I now only work a couple of nights a week. I take leave for the nights I have the pleasure of looking after your animals. Your animals will be treated like royalty, animals have been a huge part of my life and my life has always revolved around them. There is always plenty of cuddles, play time or chill time whatever they prefer. I’m more than happy to drive to parks or forests for a variety to their life, it will be my pleasure to exercise your animals for you. I am also public liability insured.
18. Loveday Q.
“Loveday has pet sit my dog on two separate occasions. Usually he is nervous around strangers however Loveday knew exactly how to put him at ease and he was very happy spending time with her! She catered to his needs perfectly and kept me updated every day, would definitely let her pet sit again and recommend to others :)”
19. Ellen P.
“Ellen has looked after our cats on many occasions over the last five years. She always ensures they are fed, clean and spends additional time sitting and playing with them. It's reassuring to know that your special ones are being well looked after and cared for. Upon our return you can see they are both happy and stress free. We now leave a key with Ellen and trust her entirely with our cats and home.”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I can remember, my parents were always into bigger dogs and I’ve grown up around all sorts of animals, I’ve had horses, chickens, dogs, cats, rats and smaller animals. I’ve also looked after birds of prey and farm animals. Nothing will put me off and No breed of dog will put me off! When I left home I got my own dog she was a rescue in need of help she was a bull mastiff and she was a bag of bones, she didn’t even know how to use the stairs, I trained her got the weight back on her and also taught her how to get along with my horses. She was the most caring loving dog I ever had if anything she helped me with my anxiety. Sadly she’s gone now but I would love to be able to help others with their pets so they are cared and loved while your away I’m currently not working full time at the moment to have loads of free time to be able to fit in a schedule that will work round you I have a fenced off garden, loads of walking routes around my area, I can help with training if needed. I do have a cat in the house but she just keeps herself to herself
