“Heather was absolutely fantastic! This was our first time using a pet-sitting service and we were a bit apprehensive about leaving both our cats (Jimmy and Clara) and our home. But from day one, Heather put us completely at ease. She sent daily updates, photos, and even checked in on our fish tank—something we hadn’t even asked for! Our often shy cats clearly felt comfortable with her, and everything was spotless when we got home. Heather is trustworthy, reliable, clearly adores animals, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. We’d give more than five stars if we could!”

About: Hello! :) I am an experienced pet sitter and dog-walker who is Pet First Aid trained, fully insured and DBS checked. I’m passionate about excellent animal care and I believe in receiving adequate training, so in addition to my years of pet care experience I have completed 16 months of volunteer dog walking and 5 months of rescue/street dog volunteering before advancing into professional pet care. I now dog walk and petsit professionally. I have looked after over 20 pets in their homes, for which I have received excellent reviews and references! Although I am experienced in caring for a variety of pets, I specialise in caring for senior pets (cats, rabbits and dogs), nervous/reactive dogs and dogs diagnosed with anxiety/depression, so if you are looking for a sitter who is equipped to provide excellent care to pets who require skilled handling, dedicated calm patience and understanding, then you’ve found the right page. I’m now on Rover and looking forward to meeting you and looking after your lovely pets! :) My references are verifiable and happy to be contacted. I’m based remotely and so I can provide your pet with plenty of attention and affection during their time with me! They will feel loved and cared for! Qualifications, training and references: I am pet first aid trained, DBS checked and fully insured. I also have verifiable references from repeat clients who are happy to be contacted. Medication experience: I have experience administering medication to pets and can also provide the necessary aftercare. Medications I have safely administered in the past include wound treatment cream, eye drops, heart medication, anxiety medication, antidepressants, calming aid and digestive aid. I understand the importance of safe handling when administering medication and I take particular care to ensure pets feel comfortable and safe. Reactive dogs: I understand that some dogs require skilled and responsible firm handling to ensure their safety and the safety of others. If your dog has specific behavioural needs, please don’t hesitate to message me – I’m here to help and will ensure your pet is well-cared for and safe during our walks and time together! Anxious dogs: I have experience working with anxious dogs and provide empathetic, calm care tailored to their needs. I ensure they are not placed in situations that may trigger anxiety, both at home and in outdoor spaces. I’m always open to discussing your dog’s specific needs, so please feel comfortable sharing any concerns. The safety and well-being of your dog are my top priorities and I’m passionate about giving them the best care possible!

About: Hi, I’m Jade, I really love spending time with dogs, I love seeing them happy and have had staffs growing up. Since I lost my dog of 16 years, I have been very fortunate to meet and take care of many breeds of all ages, sizes and personalities. From dachshund to German shepherds we love all dogs! I have children at home so I need to find a dog that is good with them, and in return, my children will love them and respect their boundaries. I have lots of field space around for walks, and plenty of quality attention for them too. I’m limited weekdays due to work commitments (unless this takes off 😜) but depending on your pooches usual routine and needs, I can accommodate longer boarding periods. I love exploring the outdoors, going for walks and it’s better with a four legged friend (or less). No other pets but I do have 2 children I’m afraid 😁. Lots of opportunities for walks with large fields around and garden space available for toilet breaks (communal non fenced).

“Chiara looked after our Persian 4 year old very well. We were kept informed about her regularly with photos and videos throughout the 10 days we were away. We will most certainly be leaving our cat with Chiara without any hesitation. Highly recommended.”

“Andra was an absolute gem while caring for my three cats! From the moment we booked her on Rover, she was incredibly responsive and made sure to learn each cat’s individual quirks and routines. Throughout the entire stay, she provided frequent updates and photos, so I always knew my furry family was safe and happy. She spent time playing with them, made sure they had plenty of fresh water and clean litter, and gave them lots of love and attention. It was clear she treated each cat as if they were her own. I came home to three relaxed, content kitties—which is all a pet parent could ask for! If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and professional, I highly recommend Andra for any of your pet-sitting needs.”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and I love animals deeply! I’ve had gerbils, rabbits, fish, cats and a dog. I’ve been volunteering at dogs trust for over 5 years and my responsibilities include walking, bonding and training the dogs. I am always the first person my friends and family contact when they need a sitter and have looked after cats, dogs, fish and reptiles, and also take care of household duties. I work hard to ensure your pets have all their needs met and feel happy. I’m currently working part time and remotely so I have plenty of time to look after your pets and provide them with what they need. I am able to handle any pet and I can ensure their safety as I have never had any issues. I am animal obsessed so I will always keep an eye on them!

“Duck stayed here for his first Christmas and can’t thank them enough! He had a great time meeting her cats and jury is still out on her very friendly dog but think that’s a normal cat reaction 😆 had his own room to acclimatise to his new surroundings but made himself at home isn such a short amount of time. Luby was very nice and very good at communicating with daily updates, videos and photos at the end of each day. Been nice to see our boy making friends and gaining some confidence. Will definitely book again if and when needed, thanks you so much!!”

About: I've been an animal lover ever since I can remember. Growing up on a farm, I've owned a golden retriever and several cats and horses. I have been pet sitting since I was 11 for family and friends and since arriving to London, I was really missing it. Since I am unable to mind a dog full time with my job, I mind other people's dogs in my spare time. I work Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 6pm, my weekends are free and I can both house sit and bring dogs for walks in that time. I am also able to do overnight house-sitting duties midweek in the London/Reading area When caring for pets in your home, I always make it a priority to follow their usual routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding times, walk schedules, playtime, or quiet time. I want your pet to feel relaxed and secure while you're away, so I take the time to get to know their personality and preferences. When dog walking near my home, I have access to a great dog park for pups who enjoy a bit of extra play and social time (with your permission, of course). I treat every pet with the same love and attention I’d give my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for.

“Amandeep was a great sitter for my dog. She provided photos and my dog seemed very happy. She was on time and followed all my instructions! I would highly recommend her as a great sitter.”

“We can’t say enough good things about Kelli and how she looked after our two fur babies. She really put our anxious minds at ease leaving them, and provided us with many lovely updates and photos/videos. We will certainly be asking Kelli if she would like to stay again when we next go away, and would recommend her to any pet owners 😊 From all of us Kelli, thank you so much.”

Cassandra L.
“Cassandra looked after our pets for 6 days (5 nights) where she diligently looked after our two cats and our house. From the outset, communication with Cassie was prompt and informative- when meeting to hand over any instructions, Cassie asked relevant questions and instantly showed a genuine care for our cats. During her stay, Cassie’s true love of animals was more than apparent as we had continuous communication about our pets. Cassie clearly understands what it means to be a pet owner as she sent us many pictures of our kittens! The animals were very well looked after; they were well-fed, groomed and played with regularly. Our animals took a liking to Cassie’s warmth and were regularly purring and snuggled up to her in the videos! It filled us with confidence that our animals were being looked after but also our home. From taking out the bins to watering the plants or feeding the fish, Cassie showed our home with respect and left it exactly how she found it. We were assured that our home was safe in her hands. We couldn’t recommend using Cassie as a pet sitter more! We will be asking her to pet sit again and are very glad that we found her.”
