“Angus was great. He was very happy to have a video chat and meet and greet before house sitting for us. He kept us updated while we were out, turned up early, left everything neat and tidy, and both animals were well looked after - the most important thing. And we even got some advice and tips as first time dog owners - which have come in very useful!”

About: 🐕 I’ve been caring for pets since a young age, regularly helping friends and family with dog walking, basic training, bathing, and both day and overnight stays. Dogs have always been a part of my life, and I truly believe a home isn’t complete without one. Over the years, I’ve mostly cared for and owned bully breeds, so I’m very comfortable with medium to large dogs. I’ve also looked after smaller breeds like Jack Russells and regularly help friends with their small dogs. I have several years of experience with dog training, all self-taught through research and hands-on work with my own dogs. As a result, I’ve raised several well-behaved, well-trained companions and genuinely enjoy the process of helping dogs learn and thrive 🐕 🐈⬛️ My very first pet was a fluffy white cat named Snowbell (yes, just like in Stuart Little)—and I absolutely adored him! 🐾 Since then, I’ve cared for many of my friends’ cats while they were away, making sure they felt loved and comfortable. One of my very first jobs was working at a cattery, where I learned how to look after cats of all ages, personalities, and needs. I work full-time, but typically arrive home by 5:00 PM when I’m in the office. I also work from home three days a week, so I’m able to offer daytime care for your pet or dog walking on those days. I’m also available on weekends for pet care, walks, and/or overnight stays. At home, I live with my 7-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who is crate trained, neutered, and very well behaved (though he does like to act like the man of the house 😄). For any in-home services—such as day or overnight stays—I do require a meet-and-greet beforehand to ensure our pets get along. For walking or care in your home, this won’t be necessary. 🏡 Your Dog’s Stay 🐕 Your dog will have plenty of space to relax throughout the house, as well as access to a fully fenced garden for safe outdoor time. I also live just a short walk from a large field, perfect for burning off energy and getting in those zoomies. 🏡 Your cats stay 🐈⬛️ Your cat will have plenty of space to sprawl out and pur the day away. I care for cats by keeping their routine consistent—fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of playtime or cuddles (whichever they prefer!). I make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved.

“Catherine was brilliant. Would recommend to anyone! She came to stay at our house to care for my two (very needy) dogs and tortoise. Catherine took great care of the dogs and it shows as my one very timid dog was giving her cuddles an hour after she arrived at our house. Catherine provided lots of updates and photos and videos which was very appreciated. Will definitely be using Catherine again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of the pets and house 🌟”

Caring for Pets in the Pet Owner's Home (House Sitting): Maintaining Routine: I understand the importance of consistency for pets, so I'll stick to their established routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding times, walks, playtime, and any other specific habits they have. Home Security: In addition to caring for your pets, I'll also take care of your home. I can bring in the mail, water plants, and ensure the security of your property to give you peace of mind. Respect for Your Home: I'll treat your home with the utmost respect, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout my stay. Emergency Preparedness: I'm trained in pet first aid and know when to seek veterinary care in case of emergencies. Your pets' well-being is my top priority. Nicole G.
“Nicole absolutely loves dogs. She has 2 of her own and they are the centre of her life, they are cared for and loved so much. Caley G.
“From the very start, Caley was incredibly reliable and punctual, always arriving on time and ready to give my cats the attention they deserved. She went above and beyond by spending lots of quality time with them, making sure they felt loved and entertained. The pictures and videos she sent during each visit were such a wonderful touch, giving me peace of mind knowing my cats were in great hands. One of the standout aspects of Caley’s care was her attention to cleanliness. She didn’t just scoop the litter box; she thoroughly cleaned the entire area around it, making my return home so much more pleasant. It’s the small details like this that really set her apart from other sitters I’ve tried. My cats absolutely adored her and it was clear they were comfortable and happy in their own home while still getting the personalised care they needed. It’s such a relief knowing they could stay in their familiar environment and still receive all the love, attention, and playtime they crave. I’ve been using Caley as my go-to pet sitter for years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my cats. Her passion, reliability, and genuine love for animals make her the only person I would recommend for anyone in need of a truly dedicated and experienced pet sitter”
