About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and my 3 kids have had dogs around them their whole life my partner is a dog lover as well who is extremely good in dog training. We are the family who always volunteer to dog sit while family and friends are on holiday and would love to help other families as well! I work part time and am home afternoons Monday- Wednesday and Thursday mornings. As a family we spend our weekends exploring with our own dog who loves big walks and discovering new places both locally and driving around Scotland. I have a large fenced garden with plenty great walking areas locally, your dog would be free to roam the house and make themself at home.

About: I’ve had the pleasure of caring for various dogs over the years, including one special family member's pup whom I helped raise from a young age. Over the course of a year, I played an active role in their training, working on recall, heeling, and basic commands. I’m comfortable with pets of all types and sizes, offering not just care but positive, supportive interaction to help your pet feel safe, happy, and well-loved while you’re away. I currently work 4 days a week, 2 from home and 2 in the office, usually Tuesday and Wednesday in office but this can be flexible. Working from home can be done anywhere that has WiFi, so I would be comfortable and able to look after your pet during the day whilst also working from your home on my laptop. I can take up to an hour of a lunch break, plenty of time to go for a walk, and can also be flexible with hours in the day. When I care for a pet, whether in my home or yours, I make sure to create a comfortable and safe environment for them. I follow their usual routine, ensuring they get the right food, exercise, and attention they need. I’m flexible, adjusting to their needs, whether it’s providing a calm space for shy pets or playtime for more energetic ones. I also make sure to stick to any specific instructions you’ve given me, so they feel right at home, even when you’re away.

About: In my family we have taken care of friends and neighbours dogs since I was about 10. We kept this going for a long time, I also walk a farmers dog who I work for too! I am not long out of university and work part time, until something full time comes in. So I have good availability of days during the week to walk dogs and do check-ins You wish is my command so, if you’d rather your dog was walked in your local area they already know that is what I will do. If you aren’t sure about their recall I will keep them on a lead at all times if this is preferred

About: I have lived with or had pets in my family my whole life, specifically dogs, and have helped to care for them for as long as I can remember. The past few years I have helped care for my grandparents dogs, taking them on walks, to the vets, bathing them and playing with them. I have previously also looked after my close friends, other family and neighbours dogs whether for a few hours or days as and when they have needed me to. I love all animals and treat them all as if they are my own. I currently work full time in a hybrid working team with the ability to pick when I go to the office so I am very flexible with days I work from home. I also have the opportunity to work full weeks from home given enough notice. I am very active and enjoy long walks along the beach and surrounding areas round my flat, as well as hiking when I can. I go for a walk first thing in the morning before work so this would fit in with a pet needing walked, and also try to get out on my lunch. I live in a top floor attic flat of a 3 story conversion with a secure close so there is plenty of security to prevent any accidents when answering the door for example. There is also a gated drive way that can be closed and locked. If caring for in your home I would listen to the rules you follow with your pet and abide by these same rules and ensure your home is as secure as if you were there for your pet.

About: I had my own little pooch growing up for 14 years and he was my little sidekick. I have a lot of experience in looking after different sizes and breeds of dogs and loved making new friends. The aim is to look after and love all the doggos out there before I settle and get my own! 🥰 I currently work 30 hours a week at my job with 2-3 days off. I am part of the management team meaning I can be quite flexible if needed and can definitely make time for rover as I am very passionate about it! My days off/ shift patterns are not always the same also meaning I can make myself available! My flat does not allow furry friends into the building unfortunately 🥹 I usually go to the owners house and hang out with the beautiful doggies there! I always make sure the owners are up to date and try make it as stress free as possible for them as I know how it can get! I take lots of pics and videos to provide for the owner and love being out in nature so will tend to do a nice long walk( if your dog is up for it obvs!) or equally I can snuggle on the couch and have a movie day with your dog/cat!

About: Hello, im Georgia, 28 years old and I have grown up with a dog my whole life, I always go on long walks and love meeting new furry friends when out and about. I have petsit for my friends and family on multiple occasions as I have always been an animal lover, and now own a very friendly French bulldog, opal. She gets on great with other dogs, kids, and just loves everybody in general! I'm an extremely active person, who regularly goes on walks with opal and friends. Happy to answer any questions you may have! 😊 I am currently available 7 days a week, I have been on maternity leave the last 7 months and do not intend on returning to work at this stage. I have a fenced private back garden and I also live 5 minutes from great walks in haddington. I have quiet neighbourhood. I have an open plan kitchen which has a door opening into the rear garden, with a dog gate.

About: I have 2 cats who are both 12 years old now, I have taken care of them since they were kittens. I also have a 1 year old pomsky called Hamish. These family members have changed my life. I have always grown up with cats and dogs in my life. I am currently a care assistant at Leuchie house, I am looking for a complete career change and would love to further my dream of caring for animals. Unfortunately I do not wish to care for them in my own home. Although my garden is secure with a fence and gates. I have a big enough garden to run around safely.
