“Sophie is a lovely young lady and she was confident around my dog from the moment she met him. I've not used online services such as Rover before so I was a little trepudatious as to whether I had made the right decision but felt as Sophie was local to where I was staying, I would be able to extricate Merlot should I find this kind of service wasn't right for him. I need not have worried, from the start I had reassuring messages from Sophie and my confidence grew in her. From the moment I met Sophie she welcomed Merlot with an open door and arms, she was very keen to listen to all I had to say about Merlot and literally opened her home to him. Her home is clean and inviting and she allowed Merlot the opportunity to check out his environment with no words of caution and no restrictions, which assured me he was going to have a home from home experience and that Sophie was ready to give him the love and care he deserved while in her charge. I had no doubt I could put my trust in Sophie. We experienced difficulty communicating due to the centre of Canterbury having the lousiest WiFi and text connections (I was aware of this years ago and it hasn't really improved) and Sophie was very patient, letting me know she'd not received replies from me. All in all I was reassured Merlot was being well looked after and this enabled me to enjoy and immerse myself in my weekend of singing workshop. On my way home I stopped off to walk Merlot and spoke to a fellow dog owner and gave recommendations for Sophie and Rover's services. I will recommend to family and friends throughout the UK and I would like to thank Sophie so much for enabling me to have such an amazing weekend xxx”

“Marie has been amazing! We’ve never left Albus with anyone before so it was a big step for him (and us) Marie is so lovely and sent updates throughout her whole time with him. There was not one moment I felt concerned about not being with him. Marie was with him 24/7 and took him on loads of walks and adventures with other dogs, he’s been sleeping pretty much since we picked him up! Thank you soooo much for looking after Albus, it’s clear he had the best time.”

“Mandy has cared for 2 of my dogs on a fairly regular basis over the past 11 years. The home is lovely & it's in a very quiet neighbourhood with hardly any traffic & she also has a lovely spacious rear garden. Mandy is a keen walker so there is regular walking, although my old boys don't want to walk as far as they used to. They love being there & would get so excited on their way to their holiday home. There are regular updates by text or calls etc & Mandy welcomes any incoming enquiries whilst in her care. We have already secured our spot for our holiday this year. Mandy & her Family are knowledgeable, caring & best of all love our treasured pets as much as if they were their own. I wouldn't go anywhere else & highly recommend Mandy Reece.”

“Kathryn looked after my dog Lolly and my parents dog Harry for a few nights between Christmas and over New Year. We received messages and photos of our babies reassuring us they were well looked after. It was a relief to know they had a lovely family to stay with who would welcome them in as part of the family. “I can not thank this lovely couple enough, they have been fantastic and helped me out when I desperately needed it. I was away and they went out there way to pick my boy up as he could no longer stay where he was, then I needed to extend his stay and they accommodated it with no fuss then when I needed to extend it again they again went out there way to drop him off to another sitter. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my boy, I can see how comfortable he was with them and looks like he loved the cuddles and attention. I really am so grateful to the both of you I really can not thank you enough. I would definitely recommend you and be using you again if need be 😁 x”

“Just picked up my dog Eddie from Edward and what a wonderful couple him and his wife are. Eddie has had a great time he was so well looked after it was the perfect home from home. “Sangeeta is a caring and loving sitter. when we went to meet her for meet and greet my dog Maya instantly warmed to her and she couldn't stop wagging her tail, she felt comfortable and loved from that moment on. She had a lovely stay lots of cuddles and walks. She kept in touch and was sensitive to my needs as I was going or a family funeral. Sangeeta was very accommodating and made Maya feel at home. “We were absolutely delighted with the week that Alf spent with Linda. We hadn’t used a dog sitter before and were a little apprehensive about leaving him but we had no reason to worry. He had a fantastic time with the whole family and especially Linda’s dogs, Ted and Poppy. Linda provided really nice daily updates which put our minds at rest and could not have been a better person to leave him with. Alf had tons of exercise and play while we were away and it was a real home from home for him. We would definitely recommend Linda and will be booking again the next time we go away.”

About: I’ve always owned dogs and have my own border collie who loves running in fields, ball chasing and playing with other dogs! I’ve looked after puppies and senior dogs, catering to each individual dogs needs. I’m going part time at my flying job soon so I can grow my business and take on more doggies! I can give you a months notice of my availability and can fit in last minute dogs incase of an emergency in your family. I have a high energy dog and live in an apartment. We go on lots of off lead walks in fields and forests a few times a day. I will cater to your dogs needs with walking and sleepovers. Dogs are allowed on all furniture in my home and are taken out for regular toilet breaks. My own dog will be here too and she loves to have a buddy
