About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have had a cat throughout my life, so animals have always been a bit part of my life. My grandparents also used to regularly dog-sit, which meant that I grew up around lots of different dogs and loved caring for them. I’m a genuine animal lover and would treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m responsible, patient and attentive, and would love the opportunity to care for your pets. I’ve recently completed my BSc in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, so I currently have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. My degree has developed my responsibility, attention to detail, and understanding of health and wellbeing, all of which I feel are valuable when caring for animals. About: Since a young age I have loved animals, but I developed a particular love for dogs when Maisie the Border Terrier was brought into the family. Taking her out on a walk was always the highlight of my day, but since moving away to Whitstable I have been looking for more opportunities to care for dogs and give them the love and attention they truly deserve. I volunteer to help assist the trainers at my local dog training classes and have been volunteering with Kent Search and Rescue Dogs, so I have experience caring for dogs in all different shapes and sizes! I also dedicate a lot of my time to reading dogcare & training book so I'm always improving my understanding on their behavioural needs and well-being, to help ensure I provide all dogs with the best experience out on their walks! I currently have availability for pet services during anytime in the day on Thursdays and Fridays. I am sometimes available on Saturdays and Sundays and am always happy to help out when I can! About: I’ve basically always had animals around me growing up, so being with pets just feels really natural to me. I’ve looked after everything from small pets to cats and dogs, and I honestly just love spending time with them. Over the years I’ve helped out with family and friends’ dogs quite a bit. Walks, feeding, sleepovers, the lot. So, I’m very used to fitting into their routines and making sure they feel comfortable and safe while their humans are away. I’m one of those people animals tend to warm to quite quickly. I think it’s because I’m quite calm with them and I don’t rush things. I like letting them come to me in their own time, especially if they’re a bit shy or unsure at first. And yes… I am absolutely here for the cuddles, snuggles, belly rubs, and the occasional treat bribery (within reason, obviously 😌). I really enjoy just hanging out with animals and giving them proper attention, not just the basics. Walks are one of my favourite things too. I love getting out and about, finding nice routes, and letting dogs have a good explore depending on their energy levels. Whether it’s a big adventurous walk or a gentle wander, I’m happy doing either. My schedule is quite flexible, which means I’m available most days for dog walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I can usually work around different routines pretty easily, so whether your pet needs a morning stroll, a daytime check-in, or evening company, I’m happy to help. Not having pets of my own at the moment because of my letting agreement is exactly why I love doing this. I understand I’m coming into someone’s home and caring for a family member, so I act with respect, reliability, and clear communication. I’ll always update owners with how their pet is doing, so they feel reassured while they’re away. My aim is simple: keep everything familiar, calm, and safe, so the pet experiences as little disruption as possible and can just carry on being themselves in their own space.

I’m also working from home as an artist, so this fits into my routine perfectly! I will regularly be walking in the woods and the beautiful parks in Canterbury by the river. I have a fenced garden, and I live right next to a lovely park and have woods nearby, so dogs can easily go out to use the toilet and will get regular walks. Cats have a litter tray in my large double bedroom and will have full run of the large house.
