Valeriia is hands down the best sitter we've ever had on Rover. She looked after our two dogs, Fendi and Choo, for nearly a month while we were abroad, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for better care. She treated them like her own babies from day one. Throughout the whole stay she kept us constantly updated with a steady stream of photos and messages, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. You could see from every picture how happy and comfortable they were with her. When we got back, both dogs were relaxed, happy and clearly had the best time. That says everything about the love and attention she gave them. We can't recommend Valeriia highly enough and we'll absolutely be booking her again. If you're looking for someone who will truly care for your dogs like family, she's the one. Thank you, Valeriia!

Valeriia is a very pleasant and friendly person, who clearly enjoys being around animals. Our two German shepard puppies loved her when she did a pre visit with us, install8ng confidence that they would be well taken care of while we were away and allowing us to enjoy a stress free break. She kept us informed while we were away, including photos of their antics, which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend Valeriia for her boarding service and look forward to organising future bookings with her.

After being let down by other arrangements very last minute before a long journey to a family funeral, Valeriia through rover.com via Google came to rescue! After checking reviews and working out quickly she was related to other dog sitters in Canterbury with equally god reviews, it gave me confidence to leave our family pet early on Sunday morning for two days. It was clear my dog was not that nervous when I left her, backed up by subsequent photographs of dog walks, including her watching Swans and swimming in a river. All my children said “oh look at Belle, she is living her best life.” I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Valeriia and will for sure be using her again.

We are so upset with today's experience. Communication was difficult from onset. This was the first time so we offered to meet before or to have a phone call. After sometime, Valeriia proposed a call at 9 pm which was fine. At 20' past 9 we had still not heard despite prompting with a text at around 9.05 pm. So we called, line was bad but overall demeanour was not willing to get the info about our dog and her routine. We managed somehow to get through it and brought Luna at 9 am at the sister's house. Since there we got a few pics of Luna in the patio and indoors and that was it. I sent a text at around 1 pm to ask how she was getting along and nothing. My husband contacted later and was asked if we could pick up at 4.30 pm (pick up booked on rover and agreed for 5.30-6 pm). I was at work and my husband on jury duty so he did his best to go and pick Luna up at around 5 after texting 20 minutes earlier that he was on his way. On his arrival there was nobody home but he could hear Luna barking. Several phone calls from both me and my husband to Valeriia and no answer. Not to mention that we had had no communication on her whereabouts the whole time. At around 5.40 a lady called Tatiana was coming to open Valeria's door and give us the dog back. Still at this time of the day I write this we have not heard back from Valeriia with an explanation as to why a stranger we had no information nor agreement taken beforehand was delivering us our dog in her stead, none of the kibble and natural treats where given to Luna and no idea how she'd done. We honestly do not know who looked after Luna today and God knows how long had she been left in the house without anyonr looking after her.. the pictures sent could have as well been taken all at once and sent at 9.30ish and 2.30ish and that's it.. no text, no reply to text or calls. I have raised this as a concern and no, no mater how good previous reviews are this behaviour and lack of communication is not acceptable for a an adequate service in our opinion.
