A typical day
I have several years experience as a dog sitter in Canterbury (not counting my own dog) - I have been walking dogs for many many years, dog-sitting through Rover since 2022. I volunteered at the DOGS TRUST. I'm currently training as a canine training instructor with PACT (force-free, stress-free, welfare-friendly & environmentally-conscious community of dog training & behaviour experts). I've spent time with a number of different kinds of dogs - different sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I always love meeting new 4 legged friends & so does my doggy.

I can’t praise enough how amazing and wonderful Marie is with our amazing little man Marlow. Marie is every dog owners dream and when you drive away when dropping him off and he doesn’t look back then you know he’s happy. Marie has looked after Marlow for four years and we have actually cancelled holidays if Marie is not available. Thats says it all Thank you Marie
It was a tough ask for Marie to take Millie for a walk without me, but they made it and a happy pup returned safely.
This was an initial walk to make sure that Millie would get on with Marie. It wasn't long before Millie was looking back to check on Marie instead of me. The update that she posted using the Rover Card was very good. I hadn't seen this before. While we were walking Marie used the opportunity to find out a lot more about Millie to save time should she ever need to dog sit with her. I would have no hesitation in re-booking Marie for another walk or longer dog sit.
Marie has been the only dog sitter we have used for our amazing cockapoo Marlow. For us it’s a no brainier, she is amazing and treats Marlow like her own. His reaction when he sees Marie gives us so much confidence that he will probably have a better holiday than us. Marie is that person that “everyone wants to look after their dog “ I absolutely adore my dog like you all so wouldn’t make these comments lightly Thank you Marie.
