About: Hi, I’m Kenna, I really love spending time with dogs and have some experience in taking care of them. I have a 3 year old male border collie who is the sweetest boy! I haven’t got any kids around so no need to worry if your dog isn’t great with children. I’ve got a garden that borrowed dogs can use. I’m open to walking dogs over the summer and the petting sitting for longer durations either in my home or the dog’s usual home. I’m available on weekdays in the daytime and evening, at weekends and for holidays. Im currently on a career break so can be very flexible and can devote a lot of care to pets! This means I can be around for your dog so they are not left alone and can take them on lots of walks and play! I have a fenced garden that they can play in. Additionally, I have lots of experience walking dogs and they will not be left at home alone as I will always be around

“So pleased we booked Courtney for a drop/in with Otis. Her communication was excellent and she clearly understands spaniels! Otis is nervous of new people but she worked hard to earn his trust - he let her take him on a little walk so she must have succeeded! Courtney sent lovely photos and made sure Otis had everything he needed. He was super chilled when we got home. Will definitely rebook.”

About: Hi, we are Sam & Gia! A couple based in Bath who love dogs and being outdoors. We offer a cozy, friendly space for pups while their humans are away. We can promise long walks, belly rubs, and plenty of playtime :) We’ve both grown up around dogs, including our family's golden retrievers, poodles, and a cocker spaniel, so caring for them feels second nature. We've helped train them, handled all the day-to-day stuff, and regularly dog-sit for family. We frequently spend our weekdays working from home, so would love to have a dog to care for around the house. For overnight stays: During the week, one (if not both) of us work from home for 3 days (typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). We can take care of a dog throughout the day. Please note that our schedules can be fairly flexible so if you see a date that doesn’t line up with your needs, you can still ask. For walks/check-ins: Fridays and weekends are best for day time walks or check-ins. We can offer post-work walks during weekdays. If at someone else’s home, we can check in on dogs keep them company after a walk. We can also bathe dogs following walks and drop them back washed and dry. If dogs are staying with us, they are allowed both upstairs and downstairs. We also allow dogs on our furniture and will give lots of cuddles. However, we are happy to stay consistent with your house rules.

“Coral is warm, caring and clearly loves looking after animals. Ina took to her right away and I felt really confident leaving her. I wouldn't hesitate to use Coral again, highly recommend.”

“Lesley was great—very flexible and super accommodating, even though our booking was last minute and our plans ended up changing. She was so kind and patient with Winnie, giving her the time she needed to feel comfortable, and Winnie warmed to her really well. It was lovely to meet Lesley, and I’m sure she and Winnie will be great friends going forward!”

About: During my childhood, I had many pets, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, a dog, a cat and even little eccentric pets like bearded dragons - creatures of all sizes! I am really passionate about providing pets with the best care and enjoy spending my time looking after them. I think animals can have such lively, big personalities, and remember my old dog Neville, a miniature dachshund, who had just as much energy filling to the brim as he had stubbornness, and absolutely adored everybody. Due having had a dog in my teens, alongside other pets too, I would say I have experience in dog training and understand the importance of appropriate feeding requirements, the need for attention and play, frequent toilet breaks when in the house and getting suitable levels of exercise. I am a lover of the outdoors and really enjoy hiking and long walks, so would be more than happy to be accompanied by a pooch, and also have a car so can venture out to exciting walking spots. I currently work shift work, three times a week, so usually have four days where I can be available to look after your pet - this would just have to be arranged in advance as my schedule can change weekly. In my home, there is a small backyard where they are able to toilet, and ample room downstairs so they're able to have an explore! I have nearby parks to my house and lots of walking routes. Likewise, I am happy to commute and house sit your pet and will be respectful of your space.

About: I have 5 granddogs, 2 grandcats, 2 goddogs and numerous canine and cat nephews and nieces ( not blood of course, they are the furry kids of my friends). They’re family 😁 I work remotely as a geeky historical writer, so can be pretty much anywhere and what can be better than doing that whilst making new furry friends. I treat them as family, except when the sharing of food is the question. I don’t share food, just like my English goddog, Percy, doesn’t share his bone. With regard to communication - the number listed is now obsolete - my new number is Colombian because I live in Colombia for six months each year - Unfortunately Rover does not have a Colombia option. So best to email me or communicate through Rover.

“Lucy is friendly, polite and very accommodating Bear likes her very much 😊 We’d definitely recommend her”

About: I've always grown up in a household with pets, I've had a Staffie and a cat since age 3 and now have a Staffie cross to at home. I see animals more like your children than your pets, they're a part of the family, and so I understand the nervousness of leaving them with another. In previous summer's, I've spent six months working around animals at a boarding kennel 5 days a week and so have learnt a lot about looking after our furry friends :) I am currently at university studying Acting, but have always had a passion for animals, as well as missing my pets from back home. My uni schedule can be pretty packed, but I'm quite flexible, being able to do most evenings as well as Wednesdays, Fridays from the afternoon onwards, and weekends. When pet sitting previously at the owner's house I have asked to have a list of any special requirements your pet may have which I can refer to if needs be. I will always stick to whatever rules you have for your pet (e.g. not being allowed in certain rooms/on furniture) and would appreciate a list of any specific commands you use so as not to confuse your pup :)

“Charlotte was amazing! She took such great care of our dog Kiki, and I could tell that Kiki absolutely loved Charlotte. Highly recommend Charlotte! 🐶💛”

About: I’ve always been the go-to person among friends when they needed someone to care for their dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different breeds and personalities. I genuinely love animals and being outdoors; walking is part of my daily routine, so taking a dog along feels natural and fun for both of us. I’m calm, patient, and especially good with dogs who need a gentle, reassuring presence. Whether it’s energetic play or slow strolls for older pets, I adapt to what each dog needs. I'm a Master's student at the University of Bath with a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention during drop-in visits or walks. I’m reliable for daytime visits, playtime, and sticking to your pet’s usual routine. I'm also available on both weekends and during weekdays. I make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for, just like you would. You'll always get photo updates and honest communication, because I know how much your pet means to you.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, especially rescues. I have a special place in my heart for pups who need a little extra patience, love, and understanding. Whether it’s helping a shy dog come out of their shell, giving seniors the slow-paced care they deserve, or working on basic training with energetic puppies, I’ve truly done it all. I’m reliable, calm, and deeply attuned to dogs’ individual personalities. I’m happy to handle feeding, walks, playtime, medications, crate routines, or just hanging out and making sure your pup feels safe and secure while you’re away. Every dog I meet gets treated like family, because they are. 🐾 I’m a flexitime Business Development Manager who works from home, which means my schedule is super open and adaptable. I’m happy to pop in for walks, check-ins, or playtime throughout the day, whatever works best for you and your pet’s routine. I go on three walks a day myself, so I’m always up for some extra paws joining me! Whether your dog needs a quick potty break or a longer stroll, I’m happy to make it happen. I also have a car, so getting to you, even last-minute, is no problem. I’m easygoing, communicative, and truly love spending time with animals. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are always my top priority. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours, I always prioritise their comfort, routine, and individual needs. I know how important consistency is, especially for animals who may be anxious when their humans are away. When I’m looking after pets in their own space, I aim to keep everything as familiar and stress-free as possible. I follow feeding, walking, and playtime routines exactly as you describe, give lots of love and attention, and make sure your home is treated with the utmost respect. I’m happy to send updates, pics, and anything else that helps you feel connected while you’re away.

“Excellent service from Sonia Bruno was happy there so will be contacting Sonia first next time I need some doggy day care. Thank you again”

About: I looked after a 3 month old puppy in my own home for several weeks while her family were abroad, this included beach trips, train rides etc. Have also had several house sitting jobs while studying at Uni, looking after people’s dogs. As a recent graduate I have tons of free time while I find a long term career. Job searching is a mostly online process so can do this from home while keeping your pet company. I’m also a very active person who loves long walks so your dog would get lots of exercise! When in your home I tend to spend all of my time with your pet, playing with them as much as they’ll let me! And on walks I will rarely take a dog off the lead- only if it’s been made very clear by owners that they have amazing recall with anyone. I also won’t let your dog into the garden without constant supervision.

About: Growing up, I had the opportunity to play and entertain my family member's dogs, as well as take care of my own kitten for 10+ years. Whether it's ensuring their dietary needs are met, creating a safe and stimulating environment, or showering them with love and attention, I take immense joy in providing the best possible care for our furry companions. Each interaction with these incredible creatures has deepened my understanding of their unique personalities and the profound bond they share with humans. Although I have never had my very own dog, I have come to appreciate the immeasurable love and happiness that they bring into our lives, and I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of these loyal and cherished members of our families. My hope is to look after your dogs, while saving enough money to adopt my very own puppy, hopefully a sausage dog :) I currently have a full time job 9-5:30pm and always take an hour lunch break, which can be used as an hours long walk with your dog. I can also do evenings after 5:30pm and weekends. Whether in my own home or a pet owner's home, I prioritize the well-being and happiness of the animals. This includes following feeding schedules, providing exercise and playtime, ensuring grooming and hygiene needs are met, creating a safe environment, administering medications if necessary, offering love and attention, and maintaining open communication with pet owners. My goal is to provide personalized and exceptional care that addresses the unique needs of each pet, ensuring they feel loved, safe, and happy while under my supervision.

About: I have extensive experience in pet care, having looked after my family dog, which we've had for the past 4 years. Thus includes house training her when she was a puppy, which taught me patience and consistency. Additionally, I've cared for friends' dogs during their holidays, ensuring they received the same level of care and attention as at home. My hands on experience with different breeds, ages and temperaments demonstrates my ability to adapt and provide excellent care in various situations I'm currently a student with a relatively open schedule, I'm looking to fill some of my spare time looking after dogs, as I'm missing the company of my family dog. When looking after another person's pet I make sure to get detailed instructions so that I can provide the best care possible, this also helps ensure peace of mind for pet owners entrusting me with their furry friend.
