She is well knowledged with all dogs and works with you and according to your specific dog's needs. Her home is a perfect environment and she communicates wonderfully. She is a responsible and calm sitter who will present you with zero red flags. Most importantly is the peace of mind you will get knowing that your dog is getting the protection and the love and caring warmth that you can just sense. Affection. Our dog sensed her safety and love and took to her right away (which he rarely does with new people) It is hard to find that peace of mind especially if your dog is a child to you. Trust me completely. Jackie saved us from worry and nothing means more than knowing that your pet will get loved and cared for and treated the way you treat your pet yourself. She is affectionate and sweet and also relaxed enough to allow your dog to sleep with her and take over the home...being "chill" is also important because you dont want your dog to suddenly have strict rules and to be afraid of a new environment with new rules. Jackie is very relaxed and will not be strict or demanding of your dog. She is attentive to the food needs, senior needs, bathroom habits, anything that is needed she attends to. But in a gentle and correct way. We didn't want our dog to suddenly be in a strict environment with a strict new person. She provides the opposite. Just a safe and loving home... but with a sitter that watches your dog and provides the care ..not halfway but whole and responsibly. I am a worried and concerned and judgemental dog mom who wanted only the best for our baby. I was naturally wary of who I was choosing since it meant so much. So believe me completely when I tell you that if you are discerning too ..but want a wonderful, warm, safe, professional environment for peace of mind and a good home while you are away so you dont have to call a million times and worry and wonder... Jackie is the answer. We will leave him with her in a heartbeat again without any worries. Nothing can buy peace of mind and trust. She was a true find for us. We got lucky.”

We were away for three days and 2 nights, and Kimberly sent us regular updates and great photos of our pup. Also very interested in insights on my Beagle's personality and good with following my instructions. And despite my dog's shenanigans (stealing other dog's food), they seem to have enjoyed him. “Dottie stayed with Amanda and Misu for four nights. I got pictures, videos and updates throughout her stay. She looked so happy and was very well taken care of. Amanda followed all instructions and treated Dottie as her own. Dottie came home happy, and exhausted, from her sleepover. I’ve already booked another weekend. I think it helped that she was there a few single days to get to know them beforehand. Dottie couldn’t have run out of the car sooner to see her buddy Misu. Thank you so much for your great care! “Kristin is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She treated Keeley like her own and Keeley had an awesome time with the other doggie guests at Kristen's home. Kristen has a nice place -- there was place for Keeley to run, chill out, swim. All this was done under supervision. I believe Keeley was pampered (5-star style) during her stay with Kristen. We loved the pictures and videos Kristen shared. Kristen also went above and beyond. We had a situation and needed to extend Keeley's stay. We did it with Kristen thru' Rover and we are grateful to Kristen for feeding Keeley as we had provided food for the few planned days only. Kristen also encouraged Keeley to enjoy the water and she does now. Thank you Kristen.”

“Tina was excellent to work with from drop-off to pick-up. She was very flexible on times, helping us get to the airport right when we needed to. We got pictures of our pet every day at about the same time, so we enjoyed our time away and got predictable check-ins to laugh over. Our dog might have enjoyed her vacation more than we did!”

Before the pandemic and me working from home full time, he was absolutely fine by himself for 12 hours but now not more than 4-6. When I had to fly out of town on business in December, I had a serious dilemma. The video and photos Elias sent me really helped ease my anxiety for the five days I was away. Elias was attentive in learning about Biz’s normal routine and respectful of all of my requests. He and his family took the very best of care of BIZ and he returned home exercised and happy!
