I left a lot of instructions and they were followed perfectly. I even got a nice report every day, including pictures of each fur ball. We're not used to getting updates when we have a pet sitter, so that was a nice touch. All of the cats seemed happy and relaxed when we got home, and the house was locked up tight and looked exactly how we left it.
