All around animal lover!
I grew up surrounded by dogs, including Huskies, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and other large breeds, so caring for dogs has always been second nature to me. My love for animals only grew from there, and I now share my home with 3 lizards and a cat, so I have experience with reptiles and cats! I also spent a year working at a dog grooming salon, where I gained hands-on experience handling a wide variety of breeds and temperaments, anywhere from very energetic, to reactive, to shy and anxious pups. That experience gave me a deep understanding of dog behavior and how to keep every dog feeling safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether your pet is laid-back or full of energy, big or small, I’m confident in my ability to give them the attentive, loving care they deserve. I can’t wait to meet your furry (or scaly) family member!

I treat every animal as if they were my own, taking the time to learn their unique personality, routine, and needs before anything else. I’ll do a meet and greet before you book so I can get to know your dog and their routine ahead of time. You’ll never have to wonder how your pet is doing since I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

Alex was Wonderful with my pup. she was available and flexible on the short notice I had to give for jury duty. I have confidence in leaving my girl with Alex and I look forward to using Alex again in the future.
Alexandra followed instructions well. She checked in every time and provided various photos during her check ins of the dogs.
We hired Alex at the last-minute and we couldn't be more happy with the person we found and the care our pets received. She was prompt, thorough, and - most importantly - loving with our animals.
