I've grown up my whole life surrounded by animals! My family always had pets growing up and I now have a feline friend of my own! With plenty of years of experience in pet care in all ages and personalities, I understand how important it is to keep them comfortable, safe, and stress-free while you're away. Julie is AWESOME! Communicates well, follows directions - I even thought I was giving her too much info, but she took everything I said and realized I was just being thorough since this was our first time using this type of service. We have a cat that is scared of strangers and I explained that to Julie before we left. And, bless Julie for trying to "put eyes on her" as she said with every visit. That meant a lot even though our cat hid under the couch everytime Julie visited. I would recommend Rover and for sure, Julie!
