“Mellony was a perfect cat sitter for our cats while we were away for a week. She took great care of our two cats by feeding them, cleaning up after them, and making sure everything was in order. We originally book one 30-minute visit per day, but Mellony generously offered to come twice a day for 15 minutes each visit so that both cats would get extra attention-without changing any additional fee. We truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. It gave us peace of mind knowing our cats were in such caring and reliable hands. I highly recommend Mellony and would definitely give her 5stat rating for her outstanding service! Thank you Mellony!!”

“Seana was our first rover sitter and made the entire trip seamless and peaceful. Her communication was prompt, professional and left us feeling secure that we left our pets in the best hands possible. From the first message about potential meet and greets to the daily check-in’s she was wonderful. We will be using her again when we need a sitter as she was extremely trustworthy and kind to our boys!”

“Jen was great. My dog is really sweet but the cat hides from everyone. I told Jen she probably wouldn’t see the cat but she sent me a picture of the cat playing with her. Obviously, the cat was comfortable. I highly recommend Jen”

“We hired Alex at the last-minute and we couldn't be more happy with the person we found and the care our pets received. She was prompt, thorough, and - most importantly - loving with our animals.”

“Carly treats my dog as she would her own. She’s patient toward my shy pup and puts in extra effort to make her comfortable. I feel very assured Layla is in great hands when I’m working and would recommend her in a heartbeat.”

“Mykelle did a wonderful job watching our puppy (walking, feeding and administering medication) when we were away for a long weekend. When I first contacted her, she was extremely responsive and we had a meet and greet right away to confirm the dog sitting job. Our puppy Cora really liked her too. I really appreciated all the updates and pictures and excellent communication. Mykelle completely put me at ease as this was the first time that we had been away from our puppy. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again!”

“Shirley is an absolute pleasure to work with. She took care of our cat for four days, sent adorable pictures each time and looked out for us by telling us about icy road and etc. Our cat loved her the most, and we're definitely looking forward to working again with her. ♥️”

“Michael is the best! Our dog loves him and is always very happy when we come home. Michael helped us out in a pinch when we needed someone to drop in on our dog last minute. He’s quick to respond and very responsible. I’d recommend him to anyone. 10/10”

I’m good with basic training habits like leash manners and reinforcing routines, and I always follow your instructions closely (feeding, meds, etc.). I pay attention to little things too—like behavior and mood—so your dog stays safe and happy. What really sets me apart is that I treat every dog like my own. You’ll get updates, and your pet will get plenty of attention, care, and good vibes while you’re away 🐾 I’m available for pet care mornings, evenings, and weekends, and I do my best to stay flexible to fit your schedule. I’m great for before-work walks, after-work check-ins, and weekend care. If you’re not sure, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to work with you and see what we can set up! I keep my availability updated and always aim to be reliable and easy to book 🐾 Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. When I’m in your home, I make sure to follow your routine as closely as possible so your pet feels relaxed and secure in their own space. I also make sure doors, gates, and anything important are secure before I leave. I respect your home, keep things clean, and always follow any specific instructions you give (feeding, meds, routines, etc.). I’ll also keep you updated so you know your pet is safe, happy, and in good hands 🐾

I currently have 2 dogs and 2 birds and am also caring for a friend's chicks at the moment. I also do drop-ins for my neighbors dogs to give them potty breaks, play a little and give them some love and of course treats! I treat others homes and pets with the love and respect I do my own. I am available on weekdays, Monday through Friday, when my kids are in school between 9am and 3pm. I can do before 9am if given enough notice. During the summer I am available before 12pm most days and can be available between 12pm and 3pm some days (Varies based on my partners work schedule). Will provide utmost communication and care when entering your home, walking your dogs, and taking care of your fur or feather babies. Happy to do meet and greets to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable. Also happy to provide pictures and In and out times for each visit.
About: I've spent the last 15 years caring for dogs of every size - from tiny lap dogs to larger breeds - while regularly sitting and walking my parents' pups. I know that a Great Dane and a Chihuahua need very different things, and I'm comfortable handling both with confidence and patience. I'm also experienced with cats: when my sister and her family spent 10 days in Italy, I came by twice a day to feed their two cats and keep their litter box clean, so their pets never missed a beat while they were away. For the last 4 years, I've owned Hiro, a Shiba Inu rescue from the SPCA; he's wonderful with other dogs, but is reactive and distrustful of strangers. Through consistent basic and behavioral training, I've learned firsthand how to read stress signals, manage triggers, and build trust with a dog who needs a little extra patience - skills I bring to every pet I care for, reactive or not. Living with Hiro has taught me a level of attentiveness and calm energy that I think any pet parent would want in a walker and drop-in. Whether your pup is a laid-back senior, a bouncy puppy, or has their own quirks and triggers, I'll treat them like family. I'm reliable, communicative, and happy to send photo/status updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. Weekends (Fridays-Sundays): Available anytime. Weekdays (Mondays-Thursdays): - Mornings: 06:30 until 07:30 -Evenings: 19:30 until 21:30 Weekends (Fri-Sun) I am usually free all day with the exception of some personal appointments on Fridays. On weekdays (Mon-Thurs), I'm available for early morning visits (06:30-07:30) or evening visits (19:30-21:30) - great for shift workers, healthcare professions, or anyone with early/late schedules! Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priority. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own - following your routines, feeding schedules, and any special instructions closely, and never leaving anything to guesswork. My approach is calm and structured, which comes naturally raising Hiro, my reactive Shiba Inu; I'm well practiced in reading stress signals, giving pets space when they need it, and creating a secure, low-stress environment for animals of all temperaments. I communicate openly and often, with photo and text updates so you always know how your pet is doing. Whether I'm in your home for a drop-in, or taking them for a walk, I make sure the environment is secure, hazard-free, and set up for your pet to feel relaxed. You can trust that your dog or cat will be safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

I have had several good Rover sitters. None compare to Kendyl. You will see when you meet her that she is a warm, genuine person who exudes love for pets. She was the only catsitter that my cat ran to when she came in. She showed up on time. She carried out my many directions. She gave my cat medicine. Her photos of my cat were reassuring. When I got home, after almost two weeks, everything looked exactly as it did when I left—clean! I have an unfathomable, indescribable love for my cat. He is at least 17, with vulnerable health. I hate leaving him. I worry about him. I had Kendyl come three times a day. Thanks to her, I had peace of mind that contributed a wonderful vacation with my son. If you need a sitter, reach out to her right away. She has high demand for her reasonably priced service. Thank you, Kendyl!

Debbie was so accommodating and super attentive to all of Leo’s needs and care. She asked detailed and informative questions that would help her and Leo during our time away. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend Debs services and we’re looking forward to using her services in the future :)

Sarah did a wonderful job caring for my two munchkins. Both of my cats are senior and the oldest, who is 17 and takes insulin LOVED HER. She was super attentive, thorough, on time, and I loved the after visit summaries that she left. I will most definitely recommend her service and hire again. Thank you Sarah for taking such wonderful care of them.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Fallsington. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
