We originally book one 30-minute visit per day, but Mellony generously offered to come twice a day for 15 minutes each visit so that both cats would get extra attention-without changing any additional fee. We truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. It gave us peace of mind knowing our cats were in such caring and reliable hands. About: I love all animals and have had pets since I was very young. I have a lot of experience with cats, dogs and birds. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 birds and am also caring for a friend's chicks at the moment. I also do drop-ins for my neighbors dogs to give them potty breaks, play a little and give them some love and of course treats! I treat others homes and pets with the love and respect I do my own. I am available on weekdays, Monday through Friday, when my kids are in school between 9am and 3pm. I can do before 9am if given enough notice. During the summer I am available before 12pm most days and can be available between 12pm and 3pm some days (Varies based on my partners work schedule). Will provide utmost communication and care when entering your home, walking your dogs, and taking care of your fur or feather babies. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
