About: As a kid and into my teen years, I raised roughly 7 Seeing Eye Dogs for the blind. We had each dog for the first year of their lives before they went on to do amazing work. Even as a kid I was to-go to person for tips and tricks for the adults. I have always absolutely loved dogs. They’re an amazing part of my life, always will be. **** PLEASE READ. I apologize for this but unfortunately I am unable to accept pups older than 10 or those who maybe unstable on them or vinyl wood floors (I only have these types of flooring). I do have steps inside as well as 4 walking into and out of the house. I love all dogs all ages and I would prefer not to put them in a difficult position during their puppy vacation. I hope this isn’t an inconvenience. Please give your pup a scratch for me.****** I absolutely love spending time with dogs and puppies so they fit right into any day. I enjoy the flexibility that comes with this scheduling. I also enjoy that I have the chance to meet new amazing dogs often. We have used (and commented) Brady in the past who is always great. Adding another review because I felt like she went above and beyond for us this time. On the second day of our vacation our dog was sick and showing signs of a UTI. Brady graciously took our dog to the vet to be looked at, got her started on new food and even gave her medication that wasn’t anticipated. Additionally she had to deal with and clean up several accidents that occurred but always did so graciously and was very communicative during the whole ordeal. We eventually came out early but were so grateful for Brady.
Rita did an amazing job caring for our 9-month-old anxious puppy, Figgy. She was so thoughtful, kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the day, and made Figgy feel safe and comfortable. We really appreciate her flexibility, especially as we just moved and needed extra support. No issues at all—looking forward to working with her again!
