About: I have been a pet owner, foster mom, rescue volunteer, and assistance dog trainer for more than two decades. I am a teacher, mom of four grown children, with too much time on my hands and I need some furry friends! I also love to exercise and to walk every day. I am a quiet, introverted person, an avid walker and reader, holder of two masters degrees, and a person of high integrity. I can be trusted in your home. I have experience with very old and very young dogs and cats, with bottle-feeding, administering meds, eye-drops, and even administering subcutaneous fluids. I have puppy trained 7 golden retrievers/standard poodles to be assistance dogs for autistic children which means I took a six-week puppy training course with each pup. I am referred to by my friends and family as the Dog Whisperer. I believe in pet in-loco parentis - pet parent in your absence! I am a preschool teacher (leave my house at 8 and return home by 4.) I like to spend as much of my free time with furry friends. I have been fostering dogs and cats for decades and have a lot of experience sharing my home with other people’s pets. I care for my own pets as if they were my sons and daughters, much to my real children's annoyance!

About: Hi! I’m Aster, I’m a college student, and I’ve loved pets since I was still learning how to walk! Since I was little I’ve lived with and cared for five different dogs, one of which I personally trained since he was a puppy, and two rescues that needed some more TLC than your average pet. I’ve walked and pet-sat for various friends and neighbors since I was five—for dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs and birds! I’ve volunteered at farms and worked with a variety of farm animals as well. I currently have two dogs and a cat. I’m well accustomed to walking, feeding, grooming, bath time, giving medication via pills or gels, and lots and lots of love! I’ve cared for senior and puppy dogs, and dogs from 10 up to 90 pounds so I’m ready for any size of furball. My husky mix Sky has been with me for almost 11 years now, meaning I’m also used to handling dogs with higher energy or mischievous personalities (if you’re a fellow husky owner I know you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about haha). I’ve cared for a rescue cat of my own since she was about a year old, and also have some experience pet sitting for others’ cats. Any pet I take care of I always treat like they’re my own furbaby! Pets are family to me, not just a job, and I make an effort to truly connect with any pet I’m caring for—even if it’s just for one walk! I promise lots of pets and attention (if that’s something your pet likes) and I’m always up for taking as many photos as you want of your pet so you can see how they’re doing! I’m currently home from college for the summer and have extremely open and flexible hours for pet care. I’ll be available until the end of August when I leave for my next semester. I am very flexible to following whatever plan your pet needs. If you give me a schedule I will do my absolute best to follow it down to the punctuation! Whether I’m walking or pet sitting your pet, they’ll have my full attention. I’m always looking out for their health and comfort.

About: I have owned dogs all my life. I have experience with small dogs and bigger dogs including a Rottweiler puppy of my own. I am very familiar with training, exercise needs, and keeping dogs happy and safe. I love working with dogs of all personalities and sizes and always make sure they get plenty of attention and care. I am currently a nursing student at LaSalle University so weekends Thursday-Sunday are best for me until I am on break for the summer. I have a fenced in yard at home and one fur baby to keep your pups company. Typically, if there's a fence I like to let them run around freely, but at school my dog has to stay on leash so we go for lots of walks.

I have hands on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels, including daily walks, feeding, playtime, administering basic medications, and providing plenty of love and attention. I have owned a Golden Retriever, yorkie, two Great Danes, and a pitbull. I am comfortable with everything from energetic exercise sessions to gentle care for smaller breeds. I pride myself on being reliable, responsible, and attentive to each pet's unique needs. Whether your dog needs a long walk, a quick potty break, or companionship while you're away, I will treat them with the same care and affection I give my own pets. My goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while giving owners peace of mind. I do work Monday through Friday from 9-1 which is about 15 minutes away from my house, but my hours are very flexible to where I can be home during the day. I have a fenced in yard, I have a pool if your dog is a water lover, lots of treats, I used to have many dogs but as of now I only have a yorkie in the house along with my two younger siblings who grew up with dogs and love dogs and my two parents.

During my visits, I’ll happily spend time outside playing fetch in the backyard or taking your pets for a walk at a nearby park. When inside, I’ll make sure your pets get plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime, and cuddles (if they’re into that!). Most importantly, I stick strictly to your preferred feeding times and house rules, ensuring your pet is happy, fed, and safe before I head out.
