“Alexandra was great! She accommodated our last-minute request and took excellent care of our two cats. Reliable, caring, and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely book her again.”

“We love nicole! She’s so great with our pup. She came over last minute for Murphy and he was very excited to see her! A quick drop in and some tlc was perfect! She’s very responsible and reliable when caring for our pup!”

“Lisa helped us out tremendously with a last minute booking when our regular sitter got sick. She was able to come meet our puppy the day before she did an hour drop in. She was great with pepper and I appreciated the peace of mind knowing he was getting some time out of his crate. Thank you so much for taking good care of our fur baby!”

“Ashley was awesome! She lovingly took care of our sweet old schnoodle like she was her own! Would highly recommend and will definitely entrust our dog’s care with her again!”

“We have used a couple of other pet sitting service providers in the past. This is the second time that we used Rover and asked Joshua to take care of our cat, Penny. We could not be happier with the service Joshua provides. He is very caring person, and Penny, who is very finicky when it comes to humans, is very happy when Joshua comes to visit.”

“Katie came to feed my two cats. One has diabetes so it was very important to me he got his dinner and insulin. He also has heart disease so needs a pill and powder in his food. When Katie came and met me she wrote down all the crazy measurements I have for both cats feedings, that they need to be separated etc. Katie is very kind and my boys knew that and I knew they were in good hands. I got picture updates and a text that everything went great so I could enjoy the show in NY!”

About: As a dedicated pet lover with experience caring for both dogs and my own three cats, I understand that every pet has unique needs and deserves personalized attention. I provide dependable, loving care that includes feeding, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, and plenty of affection. I take the time to follow each pet's routine so they feel comfortable and secure while you're away. I'll care for your pets as if they were my own and keep you updated always! I work full-time but in the summer I am off completely and have plenty of free time. During the week, I am done at 3pm and have the entire night to take care of your pets! I always make your pet's comfort and routine my top priority. In your home, I'll follow your care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, fresh water, medication (if needed), and lots of love and attention. I know pets are happiest when their routine stays consistent, so I'll make sure they feel safe and cared for while you're away. In my home, we follow the same routine daily to keep my cats on the same schedule.
“Carly treats my dog as she would her own. She’s patient toward my shy pup and puts in extra effort to make her comfortable. I feel very assured Layla is in great hands when I’m working and would recommend her in a heartbeat.”

About: 🏆 20+ yrs Experience !! BIG FENCED IN YARD !! *** SPECIALIZE IN LONG STAYS *** I love and respect each animal for who they are as I do people. I am confident when caring for any pet that we will respect and understand one another, I gage their demeanor and temperament and than go from there. I keep a calm and clean (but lived in) home and I utilize my big fenced in yard to it's fullest!! I love playing catch with the dogs and the cats I let them do their thing whether it's cuddling on the couch or if they are skiddish or shy I let them be until they are comfortable enough to be approached or to approach me. I also can give baths and trim nails! Need a sitter who has a big heart and a big yard? Call me! I have a semi flexible work schedule and I'm 10 mins from my house. I pop in and out during work hours and I'm home everyday and night 24/7 Cameras inside and out to keep an eye on the woof pack!! I am diligent on our daily schedule and bc of this the pups usually seem to get it after a day or two tops. I think sticking to a regimented schedule calms them almost immediately. Once they all have there “spot” where they sleep and eat the anxiety level instantly drops a few levels for every one of them. I have a large secure fenced in yard very open for running, playing catch or Frisbee, I can brush or bath any pet for you and I also offer nail trimming. Big bowls of fresh FILTERED water inside and out changed several times a day. I am diligent on dietary restrictions. Every day i make one on one time for each and every pup, they really love and appreciate it! i totally get that they need that time especially before bed. (I tuck them all in)
“Kelly has been phenomenal. She is an excellent communicator, she is extremely passionate about the dogs, and punctual. I would highly recommend Kelly. Also, A++ on the homemade treats!”

“Miranda is very caring! I fully trust her caring for my puppies (3 and 6 month old puppies), she plays and interacts with them the whole time she is with them. Miranda provides very detailed reports”

“Karren did a wonderful job caring for our senior dog Daisy while we were away. She sent us photos and detailed reports after every visit, which were so wonderful to receive. In addition to feeding and watering and letting Daisy out for pees and poops, Karren administered Daisy's medication, cleaned up a mess, and brought in our packages. We will most definitely use her again.”

“Nicole took excellent care of my 3 dogs and cat. My dogs are senior and she took the extra care and attention a senior dog needs. I will definitely have Nicole return to take care of my pets and I highly recommend her for your petsitting needs.”
“James was very attentive to all of our pups needs. He was also very flexible as some of our plans had changed on the fly. He was patient (Cash can be skittish) and made sure he was well taken care of. We would recommend James for any pet care needs!”

“Bri is such a great pet sitter, I feel so lucky we found her in our area. She is communicative, kind, fun, and super thoughtful when it comes to your furry friends. She brings a positive attitude to her visits and genuinely cares about the pets she works with. Her updates are thorough and timely and I have no complaints! We will continue to book with Bri.”

“Elias did a great job with our dogs. He provided valuable updates along the way which made us feel at ease. I would strongly recommend Elias if you need some help with your dogs.”

Lisa has taken care of our two kitties a number of times now, and it's such a relief knowing that they're in good hands. She sends photos with each visit and maintains great communication. Our shy Sasha hides from everyone, but has warmed up to Lisa and will hang out during her visits. Lisa provides daily medication for Levi as well. Thank you Lisa!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bordentown. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
