I’m currently a part-time student, so I have some extra flexibility in my schedule. This allows me to dedicate time throughout the week to caring for pets, whether it’s for walks, playtime, or pet sitting. I have a dog of my own who loves having other dogs around, so your pet will have some company if they stay with me. If I had the space, I probably would have adopted every foster dog and cat that came through my home. I know every pet has their own personality, so I adjust my care depending on whether they love constant attention and cuddles or prefer a little more space and independence. When pets stay in my home, safety is my biggest priority. I have dogs of my own, but I always keep my pets separated from my guests’ pets rather than assuming unfamiliar animals will get along. This allows every pet to have their own comfortable, safe space and gives owners peace of mind. My apartment complex also has a dog park, so if you are comfortable with your dog using it, I’m happy to take them there for some extra exercise and playtime. If dog parks aren’t your preference, that’s completely fine too! I’m more than happy to take them on long walks and strolls around my complex or visit nearby parks instead. I’ll always follow whatever you feel is safest and most appropriate for your dog. I’m very attentive and spend plenty of time checking in, playing, walking, cuddling, and making sure pets are comfortable throughout their stay. I also send regular photos and updates because I know how reassuring it is to see that your pet is happy and doing well while you’re away. 🐾💕

About: As a kid, I was the reason my parents got a dog that I ended up loving and taking care of during my childhood. I have always loved animals and as an adult now I have had a cat for 5 years. Dogs and cats always end up loving me as I always love them back! I have experience taking care of friend's pets (mostly cats), but I am also definitely able to take care of dogs if given instructions and I love to walk dogs as well.
