About: I have always grown up with dogs in my household since I was born and me and my mom have trained our dogs that we have now together. We also used to foster dogs and take care of them until they found their forever home! It is always important to me that dogs never feel alone or forgotten during the day so I would love to also take care of other dogs! Currently I am off for the summer and I am a student in my Masters program with flexibility so I can mostly take care of your fur babies whenever! In my home I currently have two dogs, the have a huge fenced in backyard that they can run around in and we have huge baskets of toys that they can play with as well! About: I’m currently a volunteer dog walker with Burlington county animal shelter since 2023! I walk all dogs from small to large. I have experience with dogs that are reactive, scared and social butterflies ranging from 1 years old to seniors 10+. I currently work full time Monday-Friday in healthcare( until 4pm), so evenings or any time on the weekends I am usually free! I walk dogs at my local animal shelter on the weekends, but my schedule is very flexible. I believe that every dog I encounter they must be treated like royalty! As of right now, I am only able to provide care in my client’s home so pets can stay where they’re most comfortable, but also to ensure that my own cats, who are nervous around other pets, remain comfortable. When caring for your pet, I treat both your home and your baby with the same respect and attention I do my own. I carefully following feeding schedule, medication instructions, walking routines, and any other care preferences you provide. Safety really is my number one priority. I’ll make sure doors, gates, windows, and any other areas are secure. Gregory has provided dog walks and overnight care for our 60lb hound mix multiple times over the last few months and we couldn't be happier with the care he provides. He is incredibly communicative, provides very detailed updates after every walk (with plenty of pictures included), and has shown the utmost dedication to understanding our dog Izzy and her specific behavioral needs. We have worked with many positive reinforcement trainers in the past to address our pups over-excitability and leash reactivity and Gregory using much of the same language as these dog trainers when discussing strategies he used on his walks with Izzy to help redirect and keep her focused and safe. Our pup is very scent driven on walks which can require a lot of patience and steady redirection, and we are so grateful for how kind and gentle Gregory is when handling Izzy. We've only had one overnight experience with Gregory so far and he took great care of our home and left the house spotless! He also ensured us that he only books one overnight stay at a time to avoid any conflicts in schedule and make sure our dog has company throughout the night and to keep her safe in the event of an emergency. All that being said, you will have no regrets choosing with work with Gregory and we feel very fortunate to have found him!”
