About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs since I was a kid. There has always been a pet in my house while growing up. My family has relied on me to feed and play with the pets while they were away. I additionally have experience in caring for both young and senior pets. I’m currently working part-time, which means I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I’m available most days except for Wednesday & Thursday afternoons. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can accommodate if needed :) I currently have one cat in my home. I feed him, give him affection and play with him everyday. We also have a dog that lives at home with us. I take care of him when his owner is busy.

About: I go the extra mile for the dogs in my care. I have over 12 years experience fostering dogs with special medical needs so giving medications or IV fluids is not an issue. I only feed holistic food and treats and purchase toys made in the USA. I will treat your pets like they were my own. I love to exercise and run so if your dog is active, I am the sitter for you. My own pets are very friendly to other dogs I can separate your dogs from my own. My cats and caged pets are kept away from the dogs so interaction is not an issue if your dog does not like them. I have had dogs and cats for over 40 years and have excellent references from adopters and current clients.

About: First and foremost, I love our furry little friends! I have a beautiful 4.5 year old Bluetick Coonhound/German Shepard mix named Scarlet & she is the love of my life. We love relaxing & snuggling together, walking, running, playing with a soccer ball & of course she loves being chased around with her toy. She is well trained unless she’s being her stubborn hound self! I also grew up with 3 cats and a Beagle/Chihuahua mix, which was my first dog at 17. Even at that age I would take her on walks in the park or neighborhood, plays games with her & give her all the love she wanted. She was a feisty one with medicating but she trusted me the most in doing it. I’ve worked at an animal clinic for over 8 years. I am well trained with medicating pets, senior pets & nervous/anxious pets. Even though my days during the week are filled with meeting new dogs/cats or seeing my favorite patients, there’s always room for more love to give! I work full time during the week at the animal hospital (Monday-Thursday) but I am available on weekends for those that work or have plans :) I make sure the pet’s collar/leash are well secured on them so there is no chance for them to get loose while on a walk. I will make sure all gates are closed. As part of being a vet tech I am trained in trimming nails & expressing anal glands, as well as knowing if there is an issue that needs to be addressed by a doctor. If your pet has any specific medical, food or behavioral needs I am very experienced to assist! :)

About: Hii!! I love all dogs big and small! I currently have a goofy little chihuahua beagle mix and happy golden retriever. I love to take the pups on walks and hikes!! I am comfortable with giving your pet medications, as my pup needs his doggie inhaler daily. My dogs are my best friends and I will treat your pup like he/she is my own:)

About: Diagnosed with allergies in childhood, I didn’t have pets until in my 20s, when I picked a week-old kitten from a litter & raised him. Thelonious used to walk between my shoulders as I moved around the house, and slept in my bed. Friends told me he behaved more like a dog than a cat—very affectionate. We were very close. His death broke my heart & I still miss him. Seven years ago, I did cat-sitting for a friend whose apartment in NYC I stayed in for a summer while working nearby on Varick Street. He was a very easygoing cat. Years later, my stepson left his dogs at our house & I was their primary minder. I fed, walked & played with them every day. Although I’d been around dogs a lot growing up, it’s one thing to be around them & another to be responsible for them & develop relationships with them. Each of the dogs had a very distinct personality, and I found them fascinating. Through those & other experiences with friends’ pets, I’ve found that I’m able to make connections with animals that go beyond words. I never would have imagined such a thing in childhood. These days I do house sitting & drop-ins for clients in Monmouth, Mercer & Middlesex Counties. I’m tending to pets with a wide range of needs & dispositions, and love I give is more than equaled by the love I receive from them. I’m truly humbled & in awe. Professionally, I managed desktop publishing & automated publishing for a Fortune 500 financial firm for 20 years. So I have a long track record of responsibility & discipline. That combination of sensitivity & responsibility are what I bring to pet sitting. I only accept clients living within a 30-minute drive from my home, and my routines at home are easily adaptable to meet my clients’ needs. That means my highly flexible schedule allows me to provide your cat with the consistent time, routine, and attention they deserve while you are gone. About: Currently available as needed. Would provide play time, multiple potty breaks, and walks with my own dogs! Have large yard and tons of toys. I previously worked in a vet office, so giving medication is not a hassle. Dogs can do as they please while supervised. Working in a vet office has provided knowledge of basic cpr, how to help/ prevent a choking incident and how to orally give medication as well as administering vaccines and or insulin. I own many types of pets and would only trust the best for my kiddos, and I know im not alone! All animals deserve great care and love, and I would love to help provide that. About: Dogs are part of the family! Being pet parents for over 10 years means we have a lot of experience taking great care of dogs and giving countless belly rubs and snuggles. We love all animals so much! Especially our 2 year old Beagle, Ollie and our 9 month old puppy, Sidney. They are the most loveable and playful boys 🥰 We’re currently available Monday-Friday for drop ins and dog walks from 8am-7pm. Please let us know if you need pet care outside of these hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We have a very large fenced in yard. I set aside time each day for walks play training reviews and check ins so pet care does not feel like an add on it just slots into my normal rhythm. I am also a student with flexible hours so I can plan walks visits or in home stays around your dog preferred times and your schedule. Treating pets like part of my routine helps me give them steady attention the same kind of structure they are used to at home. I care for pets in my home by giving them a quiet dedicated space where they feel safe, plenty of breaks outside, and regular meals and potty breaks on a schedule. I keep the environment calm and predictable, avoid overstimulation, and follow your instructions for treats, toys, and any training cues your dog already knows. If I am at a client’s home I keep the same routine, making sure your pet gets walks playtime, and cuddle breaks while respecting your house rules. I always check in with you first about anything unusual and send updates so you can feel at ease while you are away.
