About: I grew up surrounded by dogs, including Huskies, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and other large breeds, so caring for dogs has always been second nature to me. My love for animals only grew from there, and I now share my home with 3 lizards and a cat, so I have experience with reptiles and cats! I also spent a year working at a dog grooming salon, where I gained hands-on experience handling a wide variety of breeds and temperaments, anywhere from very energetic, to reactive, to shy and anxious pups. At the dog day care facilities, I was a shift supervisor and in charge of making sure all the dogs are cared for properly by all employees, including myself. As a shift supervisor, I was able to administer medications (that do that not require injections) properly. I’m currently an online student and work part-time as a babysitter for my niece. When it comes to my online classes, it allows me to take my schoolwork with me anywhere and complete anytime. I typically babysit my niece every Wednesday, 7:30-3:30. If you’re comfortable with me being gone that long, I’m able to care for your pet before I leave, after I get back and stay overnight. And on the days that I’m not babysitting, I’m able to stay with them all day, if not majority of the day. I can let you dog out if you have a fenced in yard or take your dog for a walk as needed.
