About: I’m currently a volunteer dog walker with Burlington county animal shelter since 2023! I walk all dogs from small to large. I have experience with dogs that are reactive, scared and social butterflies ranging from 1 years old to seniors 10+. I currently work full time Monday-Friday in healthcare( until 4pm), so evenings or any time on the weekends I am usually free! I walk dogs at my local animal shelter on the weekends, but my schedule is very flexible. I believe that every dog I encounter they must be treated like royalty! A pet is your family and I want them to receive the same love and care as I provide for my dog and shelter pups.
“Nicole was great! Murphy is a very energetic puppy and nicole was able to manage his energy while on walks and continue with our training regimen for him! She was excited to stay and play with Murphy for some TLC after his walks! She was on time and stayed for the chosen time slot we agreed on. Even accommodated to the bad weather we had! We will definitely be having her again to watch our Murphy!”

About: Lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes and personalities. I grew up with a Labrador who was part of my family for 16 wonderful years, which taught me patience, responsibility, and genuine love for animals from an early age. Since the age of 17, I have worked as a pet sitter caring for both dogs and cats, providing dependable, attentive, and loving care tailored to each pet’s needs. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, medication, or simply keeping your pet company while you’re away, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I have been around animals my entire life and truly understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring to look after your pets.I treat every pet with patience, affection, and attention as if they were part of my own family. I work full-time during the week, but I work from home two days a week and am fully available on weekends, which allows me to dedicate quality time and care to pets staying with me. Even when I am not home, my husband is home, so there is always someone present to supervise, keep company, and care for your pets. This means your furry family members will never feel alone and will always receive attention, comfort, and care throughout the day. Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or simply a calm and safe environment, I adapt to their needs and routine to make them feel comfortable and happy while you’re away. I provide reliable, attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs, whether in my home or the client’s home. I follow their normal routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I work full-time but work from home two days a week and am fully available on weekends. On the days I’m not home, my husband is present, so pets are never left alone and always have supervision and company. My goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for, with consistency and attention at all times.
“Kelly is a caring, sweet and thoughtful dog walker. She came over to meet Kaya before our scheduled walks and even brought homemade dog treats which she loved! I got stuck at work late two nights in a row and Kelly came to the rescue and was able to walk Kaya three times in one day. She was respectful of the property, fed Kaya her meds and gave her food when I couldnt get home. She was such a big help and I'm thankful we connected on Rover. We will request her again when we need someone to take care of our old girl. Thanks again for the pets and affection. 🐾🐶”

About: Having a small tiny dog(chihuahua) of my own, I've learned to be creative with the activities that we do as well as find different places to take her for walks. I am extremely dependable and I pride myself on always being on time and communicating when things don't go as planned. I love all dogs and will take care of yours as if its my own. My specific availability is Monday thru Friday 6 AM-8 AM and anytime after 5 PM. I have open availability on the weekends which is where I hope to do the most work. I work from home two days a week (Monday and Tuesday)and am off on weekends so I have plenty of time to fit in long weekend boardings. I have a fenced in yard which makes it easy to carve out play time or potty breaks. My neighborhood is extremely dog friendly and there is a dog park within walking distance.

Been using Kelly for several months now and she is absolutely the best. As the weather heats up, she's great at ensuring my husky is kept cool and comfortable by helping him find shade on his walks and always makes sure he has plenty of water accessible to him when they get back home. She sends multiple photos of their walks and a thorough report at the end. I trust Kelly whole heartedly with my dog and home.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
