“Our dog appeared to enjoy a nice stay with Kevin while we were away for 6 days. It was Gus's first time overnight in Kevin's home. He is typically timid and keeps to himself on the first night or two away from home. The pictures Kevin sent to my phone proved me wrong. Our playful dog was himself, playful and snuggly, not long into his stay. He seemed to have a great time running around and giving kisses. He snored quite a bit his first night back home. Meaning he was tired out. Perfect!”

About: I’ve been taking care of my special-needs pup, Dottie, for 8 years. She’s on a strict diet and takes meds too, so I’m good with following precise instructions. I have a loving and serene home where Dottie and I can welcome your pup. I work from home on Fridays, so I am available for boarding for long weekends. We could coordinate a Thursday evening drop-off if need be. On the weekends, I go to a pilates class and run errands, but am otherwise around as company for the dogs. My yard is only partially fenced, so I will be taking the dogs on leashed walks. Dottie sleeps in bed with me, so it’s okay if your pup needs to as well. If your dog is crate-trained, that is okay too.

Would give 10 ⭐'s if I could! This is the first time we left our Buddy (4 year old black lab) for an extended trip, so we were extremely nervous. Katie and her husband were great! They communicated often, and when I reached out to them, they never made me feel like I was a bother. All of our requests were respected, and they sent pics and videos through the stay .Buddy got plenty of attention, lots of fetch, and loved having their friendly dogs Todd and Mason to play with .
