“Through the years I have never had to use dog boarding services. With having to travel for my son’s wedding and a new puppy we were now challenged with figuring out care for our new pup, Layla. All famiIy was attending the wedding. We stumble upon Rover.com. From the time of initial contact with Rover and finding Mairim, I cannot praise Rover and especially Mairim enough for an outstanding service experience. Mairim took the time to meet us prior to the boarding dates and go over all details to insure top notch care for Layla. We were confident throughout our time away that Layla was in good hands. Mairim was kind to send us a video of Layla playing while in her care and bonding with her entire family. Mairim is a true professional and knowledgeable in caring for pets. So happy we found Mairim on Rover. Although we were celebrating with family, Layla was enjoying time with her new found family for a brief stay. My cat tends to be skittish and will starve himself if he is in a new place but after just a few days Joanna managed to bond with my cat. I loved the frequent updates and pictures she sends. “Jocelyn and Matt are AMAZING dog sitters. They took such good care of my puppy for 10 straight days in their home. My dog LOVED being with them and their sweet corgi, Libbey, as it was evident in the wonderful photos and videos they sent while we were away. Jocelyn and Matt are kind, communicative, and completely reliable. My flight was delayed and they generously allowed me to pick up my pup hours later than expected. I really can't say enough about the quality of their services. They are good people and true animal lovers.”

“Jess is by far our first choice when we need a dog sitter. We have used her service on several occasions, the last one was for two weeks. She has watched my two dogs (Cane Corso and Australian Shepherd) at her house and she also often comes to my house during the day to let the doggos outside for a potty break and to play for a bit. She is communicative, reliable, pays attention to the little details (treats, meal schedules, routines, etc), and sends cute pictures (which we love). Jess is trustworthy and our dogs absolutely love her and do a happy dance when they see her. They also enjoy spending time with Jess's dog, Riley, a very sweet Golden Retriever. Highly recommend - trustworthy and great care giver!”

“Elias and his family welcomed Blueberry with open arms. Their home is charming and a perfect fit for Blueberry. They have a beautiful fenced in backyard, and Blueberry loved it. Blueberry is on a raw diet, and they had no problem feeding him, giving him snacks, and met all of his needs. We will definitely be a repeat client!”

“Lauren was great with our two pups while we were away for the week. This was our first time leaving our pups and she made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. She took the time to meet them prior to their stay, was very responsive, and sent lots of pictures and videos to us throughout the week so we could see how they were doing. Lauren truly cared for them like one of her own. And our pups made two new friends in the process. She also went above and beyond by keeping them an extra night because we ended up getting back late. “Kristin is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She treated Keeley like her own and Keeley had an awesome time with the other doggie guests at Kristen's home. Kristen has a nice place -- there was place for Keeley to run, chill out, swim. All this was done under supervision. I believe Keeley was pampered (5-star style) during her stay with Kristen. We loved the pictures and videos Kristen shared. Kristen also went above and beyond. We had a situation and needed to extend Keeley's stay. We did it with Kristen thru' Rover and we are grateful to Kristen for feeding Keeley as we had provided food for the few planned days only. Kristen also encouraged Keeley to enjoy the water and she does now. Thank you Kristen.”
