I don't think Bailey minded getting his head and ears rubbed either! The daily texts and pics were appreciated which put our minds at ease while we were away! He looked so happy and content! We were very nervous about leaving our baby and visited many dog sitters before finding Jackie. Immediately we trusted her and saw in her the warmth and attention and professionalism that we needed. She is well knowledged with all dogs and works with you and according to your specific dog's needs. Her home is a perfect environment and she communicates wonderfully. She is a responsible and calm sitter who will present you with zero red flags. Most importantly is the peace of mind you will get knowing that your dog is getting the protection and the love and caring warmth that you can just sense. Affection. Our dog sensed her safety and love and took to her right away (which he rarely does with new people) It is hard to find that peace of mind especially if your dog is a child to you. Trust me completely. Jackie saved us from worry and nothing means more than knowing that your pet will get loved and cared for and treated the way you treat your pet yourself. She is affectionate and sweet and also relaxed enough to allow your dog to sleep with her and take over the home...being "chill" is also important because you dont want your dog to suddenly have strict rules and to be afraid of a new environment with new rules. Jackie is very relaxed and will not be strict or demanding of your dog. She is attentive to the food needs, senior needs, bathroom habits, anything that is needed she attends to. But in a gentle and correct way. We didn't want our dog to suddenly be in a strict environment with a strict new person. She provides the opposite. Just a safe and loving home... but with a sitter that watches your dog and provides the care ..not halfway but whole and responsibly. I am a worried and concerned and judgemental dog mom who wanted only the best for our baby. I was naturally wary of who I was choosing since it meant so much. So believe me completely when I tell you that if you are discerning too ..but want a wonderful, warm, safe, professional environment for peace of mind and a good home while you are away so you dont have to call a million times and worry and wonder... Jackie is the answer. We will leave him with her in a heartbeat again without any worries. Nothing can buy peace of mind and trust. She was a true find for us. We got lucky.”

We were away for three days and 2 nights, and Kimberly sent us regular updates and great photos of our pup. When I had to fly out of town on business in December, I had a serious dilemma. The video and photos Elias sent me really helped ease my anxiety for the five days I was away. Elias was attentive in learning about Biz’s normal routine and respectful of all of my requests. He and his family took the very best of care of BIZ and he returned home exercised and happy! “I was so nervous leaving my 5 month old puppy for two weeks, but from the moment I took him to a meet and greet with Kristin, I felt completely at ease. Her and her fiancé (and their adorable pups) were warm, welcoming and incredibly experienced when it comes to caring for dogs. From the start, her communication was clear and prompt and remained so throughout his stay, she sent consistent updates with adorable photos and videos. My puppy clearly had a blast with his new friends and was able to safely socialize with other dogs in a wonderful environment. Her home is the perfect setup with a beautiful fenced in yard and easy access for the pups. When I picked up Monsoon she even printed out one of her photos of him and gave it to me along with some Halloween treats and a cute bandana. I truly could not have asked for a better experience for Monsoon’s first extended time away. The day after I brought him home I went to grab something from my car and Monsoon (who has never been fond of car rides) jumped into his car seat and sat patiently, as if to say “OK, I’m ready to go back to Kristin’s now”.”

“Jennifer took great care of our dog Murphy! She took him on walks, fed him, and gave him lots of love the whole day. We really appreciated all the photos she sent us so we could see just how great he was doing and in all photos he really looked like he was enjoying himself! Smiling face and all! She even left him with some holiday dog treats to go! Our only minor feedback for the future would be to just bring up any potential plans that our dog may be included in before drop off, just so we can sign off and know exactly what he will be doing all day!
