About: I love dogs. They are the best. I have raised two dogs who have since passed and have fostered dogs of all sizes, ages and special conditions. I enjoy spoiling dogs with all the love and attention. I work from home, I am always in the house for the most part. I encourage walks and fetch and any other activity the dog may require. I give dogs free rein of the house. It’s dog friendly. I have a fenced yard and crates if they need to be crated. I can administer medicine or anything else they may need dietary wise.

“Kathleen was more than accommodating to my dog axel. She took us on as a last minute booking and communicated with us for axels entire stay! She sent tons of pictures and axel genuinely looked so happy to be there. He loved running in her big back yard and going on nice walks with her everyday. She had tons of toys for him to play with as well. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using her again! We are so glad we found her.”

About: I’ve been taking care of my special-needs pup, Dottie, for 8 years. She’s on a strict diet and takes meds too, so I’m good with following precise instructions. I have a loving and serene home where Dottie and I can welcome your pup. I work from home on Fridays, so I am available for boarding for long weekends. We could coordinate a Thursday evening drop-off if need be. On the weekends, I go to a pilates class and run errands, but am otherwise around as company for the dogs. My yard is only partially fenced, so I will be taking the dogs on leashed walks. Dottie sleeps in bed with me, so it’s okay if your pup needs to as well. If your dog is crate-trained, that is okay too.

“Melissa and Dan were great while I was in the hospital for two days and an overnight. They truly went above and beyond to keep my toy poodle Charlie feeling secure and comfortable. Dan walked her according the the schedule she was used to and even let her sleep on his chest when she was missing her mom too much to stay in the crate overnight. I can't say enough how grateful I am for their attention and sensitivity to her needs. And for all the photo updates. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for boarding Charlie.”
