“Giana was kind and very intentional in making sure our pups were safe and taken care of. She was constantly in touch with us. We did a pre meet and that was helpful as I am new to Rover. Our house was left spotless. I will definitely use Giana again.”

“Emma was wonderful with my Duke and he is not easy. She was very patient and sweet with him. She sent us pictures often and took great care of him. Emma left everything organized and neat. We will definitely call her again.”

“Alexis was a great sitter for our two big pups! She spent a lot of time with them and sent daily photos! She followed all the feeding and sleeping instructions and we came back to a clean house! She even left treats and cupcakes for us to give the pups on our return!”

“James was a great help looking after Ruby over the weekend. Ruby seemed absolutely comfortable with him. James kept sending us timely updates on her status which kept us tension free. Highly recommend James!”

“We just came home after leaving our dogs with Nora for the first time, and I can say it was an overall great experience. She communicated well and quickly, followed our detailed instructions, kept great care of our dogs, and left our home in immaculate condition. She was reliable, trustworthy, and had a positive impact on our dogs' well-being. I was a little nervous as it was the first time we had worked with her. She sent a pic of the dogs with her the first evening that put me totally at ease. Highly recommend. - Mike”

“Kira is wonderful with Peroni! She plays with him and keeps him engaged and communicates with me very well about how he’s doing during the day and overnight. Me and Peroni really appreciate her! :)”

About: I’ve dog sat for a number of families and their furbabies over the years. I grew up with a rescue border collie and lived with a belgian shepherd (a former roommate’s pet) so I am experienced with high energy breeds. If scheduled far enough ahead of time, my work is incredibly flexible so I can work from home whenever required for about a week. Longer pet sittings I would need clearance from work. Otherwise I an able to do walks in the morning (6am) before I go to the office and can leave early for a walk around (12pm) to then remain home with your pet for play and more frequent walks the second half of the day. I have an apartment that has a dog park within walking distance. My apartment has a balcony and your pet will never be out there unsupervised or unleashed.

I currently have a flexible schedule and am open to accommodate your needs as a pet owner. Just give me a heads up and we can work it out. Open to different training styles and will be sure to follow any instructions you've given for your dog's care. I am a data analytics contractor looking to fill some time for some extra income. My schedule is currently pretty flexible for walks, and I'm trying to be on my feet a lot more in general. I take safety and trust seriously. In your home, I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine so they feel comfortable and secure. Walks are always on-leash, and I pay close attention to surroundings to keep your dog safe. I’m comfortable with crates if needed, and I make sure food, water, and medication instructions are followed carefully. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is cared for like family.
“This is the second time I have used Rita for overnights in my home. This time Rita stayed in my home with my 13-year-old beagle for over a week. He has anxiety so I can always tell how his care was by how he behaves when I get home. I am happy to say that Jack was so calm and content when I returned, which tells me he felt loved and cared for. Thank you Rita!”

About: I’ve had many pets since I was a kid. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, mice, birds, guinea pigs, ducks and fish. I am an aspiring wildlife biologist and would love to learn more about animals. College student home for summer. I am looking to work multiple jobs this summer. My schedule is flexible and normally I am not busy, but the sooner you get in touch the better. Chambersburg pet parents share their Rover experiences
Rita was so friendly and welcoming to my dog, Lexi and my daughter’s dog Charlie! She came ready to play with them and give them love. My puppy is a bit anxious and Rita was able to help her calm down. Also, Rita sent us several photos which was very reassuring. I would definitely have Rita puppy-sit again!
