About: My whole life I have had pets, from having our own to fostering. In 2012 my family and I started fostering cats and eventually would foster dogs for local rescues. We’ve had a wide range of personalities come through our home, so I am confident I can take good care of your pet! We also had our own pet sitting business starting in 2014, and only just closed in January of 2025, now that my sister and I are out of the house. However, I want to continue to bring families peace of mind that their pets are well taken care of while they are away. I have two cats of my own so waking up early or staying up late to take care of my own pets or yours is easy to fit into my schedule. I am also a contract theatre tech, so my working hours are flexible! I currently do not offer pet stays at my home, however I am happy to stay at yours if needed! I will always follow your rules and instructions closely as I know each pet and owner has their own preferences for how things are done. I’ll treat your space and pets with the same love and respect I give my own!

“Super awesome sitter. Gave my pup such a great time. Very attentive and loving. Jax loves Joshua’s pets and yard. Will definitely rebook.”

“Gianna is so caring, sweet, compassionate and professional. She cared for our elderly dog, Trixie, for 12 days. Trixie has some medical needs, needs to take meds twice a day and is a very picky eater. Gianna handled it all like a pro! She sent us daily pics and updates which made us feel much better about being away from Trixie. We are so thankful we found Gianna to care for our sweet Trixie!”

“Our dog had a great time with Susan. She was super flexible, on-time for everything and we'd obviously use her again if she's available. Highest recommendation!”

“Alexis was a great sitter for our two big pups! She spent a lot of time with them and sent daily photos! She followed all the feeding and sleeping instructions and we came back to a clean house! She even left treats and cupcakes for us to give the pups on our return!”

“The best dog sitter that I have had. She took care of my big dog for a full 7 days and was amazing. If you are thinking of booking, my advice is yes!”

“Thanks to Rebecca for taking care of our girl Skye. Excellent communication through the entire process as it was our first time using Rover. We would most definitely use Rebecca and Rover again. Loved the pictures. So appreciate the peace of mind of having professional care for our pet as we visited family.”

About: I have more than a decade of pet care and sitting experience, including my own fur baby, Noah, and overnight stays with pets of co-workers, relatives, and family friends. I am an effective communicator, team player, and happy to discuss special circumstances or specialty care that you may need. I am active in my community as a teacher and a youth baseball/softball umpire, which gives my schedule flexibility to provide short- or long-term visits, even on short notice. I can provide any type of specialty care that you may need, including but not limited to medication dosing, crating, feeding, or just keeping your pet company for a while.

“I’ll try to keep this brief, but I can’t say enough great things about Jen. I needed a sitter who could watch my reactive Cattle Dog for nearly two days, at a hotel, during my wedding weekend. Once a month, since early spring, we met up with Jen at the park so she could get to know my challenging boy before the big day. Immediately, we knew she was the right person. Jen is calm, intuitive, and intelligent. She respected his “quirks” and didn’t push him. I’m a self-proclaimed crazy dog mom, and I was terrified to leave to him with someone I didn’t really know. I had never used Rover before. My husband and I were so impressed and grateful for how flexible she was with our crazy wedding schedule. Jen eased a MAJOR stressor for us, and we couldn’t be more appreciative ❤️”

“Abigail sat for us while we were away briefly. Really good experience. She's very nice, was on time, kept us informed and sent pictures. Our dogs seemed very happy and were able to keep to their routine, and importantly, they like her very much. Highly likely to have her sit or pop in again soon.”

“This is the second time I have used Rita for overnights in my home. This time Rita stayed in my home with my 13-year-old beagle for over a week. He has anxiety so I can always tell how his care was by how he behaves when I get home. I am happy to say that Jack was so calm and content when I returned, which tells me he felt loved and cared for. Thank you Rita!”

About: I've got a lot of experience with pet care, especially with dogs. What makes me stand out as a sitter is my dedication to their well-being and ensuring they feel loved and safe. I specialize in training puppies and providing excellent senior care for older dogs. I believe that every dog deserves the best care possible, and I strive to provide that for each furry friend I look after. If you ever need advice on training puppies or caring for senior dogs, feel free to ask me! Pet care is a significant part of my daily routine. I make sure to prioritize the well-being of my furry friends by incorporating feeding, grooming, exercise, and playtime into my daily schedule. I make sure to provide a safe, trustworthy environment for pets in both my home and my client's home. Scott R.
“"Leaving my beloved dogs, Rocco and Barkley, in someone else's care always fills me with a bit of anxiety, but Scott Robb quickly put all my worries to rest. As an 8th-grade teacher, Scott clearly brings a unique blend of patience, responsibility, and genuine care to everything he does, and it shines through in his work with animals. Rocco, my senior dog, requires a gentle touch and understanding, and Scott provided him with the most loving and attentive care. It was clear he made Rocco feel comfortable and cherished. And then there's Barkley, my energetic Goldendoodle puppy, who can be a handful! Scott handled Barkley's boundless energy with ease, ensuring he got plenty of exercise and playtime while also maintaining a calm and positive environment. It's truly a testament to Scott's character that he could so seamlessly manage the differing needs of both a senior dog and a rambunctious puppy with such grace and genuine affection. I received regular updates and photos, which truly put my mind at ease. I can wholeheartedly recommend Scott Robb for any pet care needs. He goes above and beyond, and your furry family members will be in the best possible hands!"”

Ewing And Carroll pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jacqueline is such a great dog sitter. She’s attentive to the dogs needs, great with communication and updates, and made us feel at ease that we left our dogs in more than capable hands. 10/10 We will absolutely be hiring her again for our pups. 😊

The best dog sitter that I have had. She took care of my big dog for a full 7 days and was amazing. If you are thinking of booking, my advice is yes!

Ashley was EXCELLENT. She stayed at our home for 17 days while we were on a European vacation. Communication is one of Ashley’s biggest strengths. She kept in constant touch, asked questions about things she needed to clarify and above all gave our boxer girl a heap of love and affection. House was in perfect order when we returned. Will definitely hire her again.

Ruth was absolutely wonderful! We hired her for house sitting our corgi, Toffee, and she did an excellent job. She sent daily updates and pictures of Toffee and it looks like they had a lot of fun! She also left our house in great shape. Would highly recommend her services!

Rita was fantastic! My dog has pretty extreme separation anxiety, but Rita made him feel completely comfortable and happy while I was away. She went above and beyond to make homemade dog treats, extra long play times, and extensive cuddling to ease the stress.

Michelle was amazing! Pictures every day, clean home and happy pets when we returned. Extremely communicative and responsive. We will use her services again! We have used several sitters in this app and have had both good and bad services. Michelle is by far one of the best! Thank you, from: Bea, Jeff and Aspen Blitzen and Crystal!

Oscar was so exited and happy to see her again. We weren't worried outside while Oscar stayed with Jei at our home. Thanks

Luke was so great in watching our dog Indie while we were gone for over a week. He stayed in our house and made our dog feel so comfortable and loved while we were out of town. Luke updated us with pictures, helped with odd and ends we forgot in the house, and gave our energetic (and early-rising) dog tons of play and love. I felt so comfortable knowing Luke was there to watch our dog, and he was so helpful in a pinch to jump in and do extra when my flight home was cancelled. I cannot recommend Luke highly enough!
