“Karina did a wonderful job caring for our senior cat. She was responsible and had good communication, so we felt our cat was in good hands while we were away. She also took the initiative to clean the litter box without my asking, which was very thoughtful. Thank you, Karina!”

“She was the best pet sitter we ever had. She took care of medicating one of my dogs and she was consistently at my house at the times discussed. She even left a thank you note with dog treats. I will definitely be booking her again.”

About: Hello! I have been pet sitting for 5 years, either staying overnight or just stopping by! I absolutely love watching doggies and helping out when I can. I am able to do whatever you need, I will feed, walk, bathe, etc. i absolutely love meeting new fur babies!! I currently am a student at high point university, majoring in biology. Most of my schedule consists of classes that are about an hour long with hour breaks in between each class. I have a part-time job hosting, only 2 days a week at night time. I am able to take dogs out on a leash, let them out in a yard, crate them, or whatever the plan may be. I can also walk them and pick up after them if preferred! I will give them lots of love and make sure they are comfortable.

“Emma was great with my diabetic cat! She communicated well, and voiced her questions/concerns rather than assuming. My cat also loved her, will definitely be asking her to take care of him again.”

“I am so thankful we were able to find Valerie to look after our babies. She sent updates, photos, and video providing us peace of mind. I highly recommend her and will definitely choose her again and again.”

About: I am a stay at home mom in the greater Charlotte area. I do Lyft part time and as a result I have the flexibility to do drop in visits and walks pretty much any time. Currently, I only provide dog sitting services at the dog's home, drop-in visits and dog walking services. Dogs adjust to the stress of their owners being away better when they are in a familiar environment. Drop-in visits include feeding the dog, giving them water, let them out to play, baths, and give them walks as needed. I can also bring in the mail, water plants, etc, I like for the animals to stick to their natural routine as closely as possible and make the time while their owners are away go by fast. My child is 2 and will be watched during the day from 8:30 am -6:00 pm. For overnight stays depending on the day of the week he will be with me or it can be worked out that he can stay with family members if your dogs aren’t used to small children. He is an animal lover like his mother. He is around a small dog during the day everyday since he was about 13 months old. He has a great affection for dogs. I have always love dogs since I was young and being able to give them love and meet their needs works perfectly for me! Things I would like to know before meeting your fur baby! *What are their likes and dislikes *What does a routine schedule consist of *How many times a day to you feed your fur baby *Is your fur baby kenneled or allowed to be free while your away * Are there any special dietary needs, medications, conditions that would require extra attention and care * How does your pet interact with other animals (in case walking and come across another dog or a rabbit) I would love to do a meet and greet with you and your fur baby at a dog friendly park or in the privacy of your home!
“Shannon did a great job with my Husky. She knows how to handle big dogs, is very communicative, and cares about doing a good job. I'll definitely ask for her again the next time I head out of town and can't take my dog with me. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. From dogs, cats, horses and cows. I’ve also worked in a Vet’s office as a receptionist. I enjoy taking walks with my dog, Layla. Animals are my true passion and I treat every one of them as if they were my own. I wake up in the morning and my dog, Layla, and I head out for our morning walk. We typically walk about a mile a day. I do a little door dashing at lunch time but I would love to help someone else out with their daily pet care needs. I am currently unable to care for pets in my home but I would treat your pets and your home with the upmost respect. I am reliable and very dependable. Being on time is very important to me.
“Home drop in went well, after we got our communication straight.. Martini's first drop in and happy he responded well to the sitter. A true life saver when you're away and pup needs a potty break.”
About: I have cared for many of my own pets over the years! I have a passion for helping animals, all of the pets I have owned have been rescues of some kind. I look forward to taking care of your pets and having fun with them. Most of the time we truly don’t deserve their unwavering love, but taking care of them is very important! I have experience with dogs of many sizes and breeds. I volunteer for dog walks at a local shelter every chance I get, and I look forward to playing with and taking your animals outside! I am most experienced with dogs, but love pets of all kinds. Also I think it is very important to respect the animals space and home 😊

About: I started a pet sitting/dog walking business when I was 12 years old and I worked for the whole neighborhood. Since then I have owned a Jack Russell terrier, a Greyhound, a Maltipoo, a Blue Heeler, and three cats. I have worked with animals, large and small and they all feel very comfortable around me. I work most every day from 10am until 7pm and I have a lunch break from 2 to 2:45 PM. It would be a breeze to fit appointments in around my work schedule. I am a chiropractor by profession, and so I know the importance of exercise, rest, and decreasing stress for my patients. Animals are no exception. They need to have a good walk instead of just using the bathroom and they need to feel calm and peaceful when their owners are away. I got you.
About: I have been an avid animal lover my whole life and that passion has lead me to multiple careers relating to animal care. I've worked in retail, I've worked in shelters and rescues, and I've even done training and behavior modification. I just love to see that animals get the love and attention they deserve! If you ever wondered who animal professionals hire when they need a pet sitter: it's me! I don't mind working with fearful pets, taking joy in letting them build up trust first. I have a knack for getting animals to come out of their shell and I don't take it personally if they need a little extra time to warm up. I'm comfortable with administering medication, grooming and bathing needs, and I don't shy away from a pet that needs a little extra TLC. With enough lead time, I can make myself available for nearly any kind of care your pet needs. I am flexible with time and dates! Cats and dogs can thrive on routine, so I will do my best to stick to your care schedule! Show me how your pet likes to have things done! Of course, there will always be tons of cuddles and pets no matter what!
About: If you need caring, compassionate, reliable, loving service for your furry sweethearts I am available to make them the center of attention. With me they get a bit of a holiday themselves. My work takes me oceanside for extended periods: so when I’m available to house/pet sit for you, I am devoted to all their needs. Presently I am auntie to several cats and dogs that for more than a decade I have been house/pet sitting. I have also cared for horses, goats, chickens, geese and peacocks. I love learning animal’s individual personalities and ingratiating myself in to their familial pack. In my life I have owned a German Shepherd, a Malinois and a Husky as well as numerous cats. I grew up walking the dog, so I prefer to exercise the canines regularly. Playtime for everyone will include some brushing. I have no problems giving oral medications or injections. And I have cared for sick animals of my own as well as others. My entry in to your home will be with complete respect, integrity and detailed consideration. My references will tell you how I am attentive not only to your pets but your home: be it garden or plant care, and most especially having your home be as if you had never left upon your return.

About: Since I was 12 years old I have been dog sitting at my home, dog walking, doing visits and assisting with South Charlotte Dog Rescue doing short term fosters. I have worked with dogs of all ages and have good experience with different needs and requirements. I am currently working part time and doing some fun projects. But I still have plenty of time for your pup. I am flexible on times and days just please communicate with me! A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
