About: Dogs have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve navigated everything from the 'puppy phase' to the delicate needs of senior dogs, including hands-on medical care like shots and daily meds. These days, I spend my time with Alfie, my 3-year-old Golden Retriever. I’ve raised him since he was a puppy, training him myself and enjoying our daily routine of fetch and lounging. I’ve never met a dog I didn't like, and I’m just as comfortable handling a tiny Terrier as I am a powerful Cane Corso! I am a teacher on summer break looking to put pet parents minds at ease just as my own Rover sitter does during the school year! As a professional educator, I bring a high level of safety, accountability, and care to my students and pets. I treat every dog as if they were my own, with a focus on security and routine. I’m happy to let your pups out for some fresh air in a fenced yard or take them on leashed walks to burn off some energy.

About: I bring hands‑on, compassionate experience with pets of all ages, temperaments, and needs. Over the years, I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies learning the ropes to sweet senior pets who need a gentler pace. My approach is always the same: treat every animal like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, understood, and genuinely loved. I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I am constantly around animals having to commit myself to taking care of them. i’m comfortable around all dogs and am willing to learn and adapt to take care of your dogs specific needs. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk them, I will dedicate my time to loving your dog. I would love to be able to take them to a dog park where they can interact with other dogs while you’re away. I have a French bulldog of my own who is full of energy and curiosity. create a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets can relax and feel at home. I stick to their normal routines as closely as possible—regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and plenty of affection. I make sure they get consistent exercise, mental stimulation, and lots of one‑on‑one attention so they never feel lonely or stressed.
“America took great care of my cat, Luna! Played with her, gave fresh water, and cleaned litter box daily. She called me prior to her visits beginning just to make sure all needs would be accounted for. I highly recommend her :)”

About: Hi there! I’ve been pet-sitting since I was 15 and have had the pleasure of caring for a wide variety of animals. Pet owners have trusted me with rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, as well as cats and dogs of all sizes. I’ve worked with breeds ranging from tiny chihuahuas to large St. Bernards, and I’m experienced with pets from energetic 6-month-old puppies to senior companions up to 14 years old. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, and I always strive to provide attentive, loving care so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m currently an artist working from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. I’m available throughout the day for walks, check-ins, and playtime, as well as early morning feedings and late-night potty breaks. Because I’m home most of the time, your pet will get consistent attention, care, and companionship while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I offer house-sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits, and I care for pets in their own home so they can stay in a familiar, stress-free environment. I treat every home with respect and keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

“Thank you Christopher for your help. He was great with communication and he even arrived early for the check ins. I have a 1 year old and she is still potty training and gets anxious while I’m away. She left a surprise, but he was still willing to help and clean it up and I really appreciate that and still felt bad. I’m grateful he took the extra step, thank you.”

“Shayla was very easy to work with, loved having her watch my cat. She sent lots of pictures and made sure to play with my boy and give him all the cuddles. Would definitely recommend her to anybody who needs a good pet sitter.”

About: If you need caring, compassionate, reliable, loving service for your furry sweethearts I am available to make them the center of attention. With me they get a bit of a holiday themselves. My work takes me oceanside for extended periods: so when I’m available to house/pet sit for you, I am devoted to all their needs. Presently I am auntie to several cats and dogs that for more than a decade I have been house/pet sitting. I have also cared for horses, goats, chickens, geese and peacocks. I love learning animal’s individual personalities and ingratiating myself in to their familial pack. In my life I have owned a German Shepherd, a Malinois and a Husky as well as numerous cats. I grew up walking the dog, so I prefer to exercise the canines regularly. Playtime for everyone will include some brushing. I have no problems giving oral medications or injections. And I have cared for sick animals of my own as well as others. My entry in to your home will be with complete respect, integrity and detailed consideration. My references will tell you how I am attentive not only to your pets but your home: be it garden or plant care, and most especially having your home be as if you had never left upon your return.
“Stephanie rocks my world. Having come off a bad pet sitting experience, I was a bit wary leaving my cat. Stephanie is kind, smart, as well as very understanding and loving of my cat who shall we say….has issues. She is trustworthy and dependable. Tks Stephanie my faith has been restored!”

About: I’ve always had at least one dog since I was born. My oldest dog now who is 6 yrs old has had seizures since she was 5 months and is on meds for them, with that I’m ok with giving dogs meds. Both my dogs have been through training and although I’m not a professional trainer I can definitely help with some puppy training. I’m currently working from home Monday-Friday except Tuesday’s I have to go to the office. With working from home I have time to let the dogs out and I get off at 3 when I have time to play with them. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby/babies company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. At my house your fur-baby would rarely be crated since I’m home, the only time would be if I/we had to leave the house and we would never leave them for long. They would also get lots of love and cuddles. My dogs are my babies and I would treat yours the same.
“Skylar is amazing! We trust her with our furry babies and have appreciated her taking care of them multiple times in the past few months. We are always happy with the care and communication she provides!”

About: I’m new to professional pet sitting, but I’ve been around dogs my entire life—I’ve had a dog since I was 3 years old. I grew up with German Shepherds and have also spent a lot of time caring for smaller breeds like Yorkies, Shih Tzus, Chihuahuas, and Dachshunds through family. I have a genuine love for dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I would truly enjoy the opportunity to care for your furry family member while you’re away. I’m a full-time graduate student during the day and work part-time a few days during the week, which means my afternoons are typically free. This gives me plenty of time to spend quality time with your furry companion and get to know their personality, needs, and routine while you’re away. In your home, I will provide attentive and personalized care to keep your pet comfortable and maintain their normal routine. I can assist with feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, and lots of affection, as well as administering basic medications if needed. I’ll also keep your home tidy, follow any specific instructions you provide, and send updates so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is in good hands while you’re away.
Kernersville dog parents share their Rover experiences
Bella is extremely sweet. I was concerned my giant breed mix rescue (10 months old with a mouthing problem) might be too much of a handful to ask of any sitter, but she stepped in enthusiastically and I have nothing but positives to say. I got multiple photos each visit (Monday-Friday), a fairly detailed rundown (including my dog’s energy levels, training progress, etc.), and Tulip has been in a great mood every evening when I come home from work. This was my first time having a caretaker for a pet, so I was very nervous (especially about my house being a mess) but I gained so much relief from the help and would absolutely recommend Bella to anyone looking for help.
