About: I have always had a fondness for animals, I believe they show us the best parts of love! I have taken care of many animals including cats, dogs, and goats for many friends and family. I love spending time with the little babies who need a bit of extra attention, time, and patience! I am currently employed full time within walking distance from my apartment. About: Hi! I'm Becca—a wife, mom, teacher, and dog lover. I currently work part-time during the school year and am home on Mondays and Fridays, as well as full-time during the summer. As a mom, I've been looking for a flexible way to earn extra income while doing something I genuinely enjoy, and caring for dogs is a perfect fit! Both my husband and I grew up with dogs and have always considered them part of the family. We have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, from small breeds to larger dogs. Our own dog is a 7-year-old, 65-pound Labradoodle who is a much-loved member of our family. When your dog is in my care, I will treat them like one of my own. About: I have worked in the Forsyth Humane Society for years and have grown up with all kinds of dogs! I have walked dogs of all sizes and training levels and can maintain them all! I am available for long walks and even runs with dogs if wanted! I will be working a hybrid internship this summer which will allow me to fit dog walks and visits into my day! I am a collegiate athlete so I am also moving around and working out. These walks would most likely be my second workout of the day and a good way to keep moving throughout the day! I am a very compassionate and loving caretaker of dogs, both at my own home and with others dogs. Throughout my experience at the Forsyth Humane Society I learned how to care for different types of dogs and can adapt quickly to what a dog needs or wants!

About: Hello! My name is Abby and I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and plants since 2015. Pet-sitting truly is my joy!! I have experience checking in on pets during the day time, cleaning litter boxes, taking dogs of all shapes and sizes on walks, and overnight house sitting for up to 2 weeks at a time. Thanks to my daytime job as a Youth Pastor my schedule is more flexible than most. I pride myself on customizing each pet sitting experience to the pet and their owner(s). The beauty of pet sitting over boarding is that this experience can be tailored to what YOUR special needs are! Like I said my experience is considerable, I am also self taught for basic pet training. For instance, if your dog has a history of on-leash walking issues, while I’m with them I’d be happy to plant seeds for good behavior on future walks. Just say the word and I’ll do everything I can to make it happen! Historically I’ve acquired jobs mainly from word of mouth. While I may be newer to a platform like Rover, know that I am a well-seasoned pet sitter who has experience with a variety of households, breeds, ages, and situations. I pride myself on my vast skill set when it comes to pet sitting so if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. I’m at your service! My full-time job is being a Youth Pastor. This means I have a very flexible schedule and am able to pop in to care for your pets at the needed times or even work remotely if needed. Most weeks my meetings are limited to Tuesday mornings, otherwise my schedule is pretty fluid. While I am unable to offer my own home for pet sitting, I can guarantee that I will care for your pet(s) in their home environment as well as I would my own. If you have a dog, one of my first questions I ask when pet-sitting is… “how long is your dog accustomed to waiting in between potty breaks?” I ask because each pet has different needs and I never want to make a dog wait longer than they typically would. I also want to keep to their normal schedule as much as possible, if they’re used to daily walks at certain times or being feed at very particular times then I will make notes to care for them the same way you do. The goal truly is for the dog or cat to receive the same attention and care that they have when their favorite people are home :)

About: I’m dedicated to keeping your pets safe and happy! My experience includes: fostering and training a 7 year old husky mix with behavioral problems and training my 3 year old dog since puppyhood with the help of a friend who is a behavioral dog trainer. I have also done overnight stays for senior dogs with specialized care needs due to PTSD. I have administered oral and eye medication to several dogs. I’m comfortable with most size breeds and would welcome a meet and greet. I’m currently studying for school, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I’m available most early afternoons to evenings Monday through Sunday. I offer overnight stays as well as an extended stays. I offer multiple walks per day and enrichment time to dogs I sit for. I’m happy to crate your dog as needed and follow any routine medication, diet and commands that would maintain their safety and happiness. I routinely update clients daily on the status of their dogs with videos and pictures.

About: I have never not had a dog in my life. I have owned Labs, Boxers, German Shepherds, Irish Setters, Huskies, and Bulldogs. While only owning larger breeds, I do have experience with smaller dogs. I have worked as a home care professional dealing with older people and their pets, with overnight stays which involved cleaning and meal preparation. Athletics have always been an important part of my life and that carries over to playing with, walking and caring for the dogs. I would say that my biggest weakness is that I often get attached to the dogs, however I would say that is a strength as far as the dogs are concerned. I am very trustworthy and dedicated with a good work history and work ethic. I can currently working full time and also attending UNF full time. My hours vary from day to day, just because of class times, so if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask! I don’t offer services in my own home, so I will come to yours. Depending on the yard situation, I love to take dogs outside and run around with them or play fetch with them, just help them get their energy out. Especially if they’ve been kept inside for most of the day! I know my dogs really enjoy this, so I make sure to get that play-time in, while dogsitting. I also know that it is very important to dog owners to get the walk in, everyday. So, I always make sure to listen to those instructions and follow through with them, it’s always good to keep up the routine and the dogs always look forward to it!

About: My full time job allows for flexibility during the work day and allows me to work anywhere with wifi. I can often be in the home caring for your animals or taking them out more often than a traditional sitter who works a 9-5. I dog sit for many members of my family and have had dogs since I was 2 years old. I have a lot of experience giving medication and working with elderly animals. I work a flexible 9-5 and can drop in to walk or spend additional time caring for your animal(s) because of the flexibility! I wake up early as well! (Our sweet fur baby, Miracle, got sick from a tick when we were traveling and developed a brain infection. She was paralized and blind for 3 months! Thankfully, with the help of our vet and our intensive care provided at home, she is still slightly blind but she has made a full recovery!) I am available nearly all the time. The only exception would be when we are visiting our family that lives out of state. This is usually in July and December! We have 8 children who are use to being around a variety of animals all the time. I have three friendly dogs and four friendly cats. I also have chickens and goats that are in their own fennced area. I can crate your dog and administor medications if needed.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs. I have experience caring for puppies and elderly dogs. I have an Aussie doodle puppy. I’m available for drop ins, walks, or sittings. I have a flexible schedule and will be available the majority of the day to care of your pets. If I have to leave during boardings, it will be only for short periods of times which will be communicated to you. I live in an apartment with plenty of space and a dog park. There is a nice neighborhood and park nearby for walks. For sittings at your home, I will respect your space and keep it clean. I will update you with as many photos or videos you’d like!

About: I am a lifelong dog enthusiast. I have taken care of my own or others dogs since I began schooling. I have worked with high energy dogs that need a large amount of exercise to taking care of my own 17 year old golden and the geriatric challenges that come with old age. My jobs involves physical labor so however long your pet wants to play I have the energy to back it up. About: We are a pet loving family of 4 with our good boy, Titus, and two kittens Nikko and Luna. We love to play with Titus outside in our backyard, teach him tricks and cuddle with him on the sofa. We keep our pets up to date on rabies vaccine and flea treatments. I was raised on a farm so I am very comfortable being around all sorts of animals. I have been sitting on Rover for over 5 years and I love it! I work full time at home and some travel. I am available all weekend for walks, drop-ins, boarding and sitting. About: I am a second year veterinary student who has worked as a small animal veterinary assistant for about 3 years. I have experience in caring for senior pets and younger puppies/kittens as well. I grew up with dogs and cats, and now have a three-legged cat of my own. I am very reliable, thorough, and will care for your pets as my own. I’m currently home for the summer after my first year of vet school, so I have plenty of time to help you care for your fur babies! My current part-time work/volunteer schedule will allow me to have a flexible schedule to meet you and your pets’ needs. I have one dog and four cats at home who all get along very well and their comfort is the top priority. I will ensure your pets safety and comfort needs are met based on your instructions given. I am able to crate your animals, leash walk only if needed, and keep a close eye on them when going outside. If your animals need to be kept separate at any point such as meal time, I will be able to accommodate for that as well.
