About: Hello! My name is Katrina, I am an elementary school counselor currently saving up to buy a home! I have my own dog, Milo, a 4-year old lab mix but I have always loved dogs and have experience volunteering at service dog training facilities, shelters, and I have fostered dogs, as well! I have done dog walking and petsitting for multiple years now and have experience working with all types of dogs, small or large, reactive or non-reactive, all energy levels, and I love them all :) I will update you as much as you want on your pet when I am with him or her, I know it can be stressful to be away from them but I promise they are in good hands if they are with me! I currently work full-time so I have limited availability on weekdays but I am usually available anytime on weekends! I am more than happy to work with your schedule as my job is pretty flexible. I have a large, fenced-in backyard and my own dog that loves to spend time outside. About: I grew up with dogs and have experience giving oral medication, injections (insulin) & IVs under the skin. My Layla passed away in 2017 from encephalitis and she had to get IVs every day on top of other things. We got Bruce in 2018 & Rocky in 2019. They are two peas in a pod..I call them Batman & Robin. They are great with other dogs as my husband and I have had many different breeds and sizes at our home. If your fur baby gets dirty playing in the yard, we will give the a bath (with your permission of course). They will go on daily walks, have a lot of play time since I work from home and I will make sure to send you photos and updates throughout their stay. Communication is extremely important to me. We look forward to meeting you and your furbabies! I am a real estate professional and run a team here in the Triad. I work from home and have the time to care for your fur baby as a majority of my work is from my computer. Rocky and Bruce love having new playmates over as well and we have a large yard for them to run around in 😊 We have a large fenced-in back yard and a deck for them to lounge on. I never let other people’s dogs stay outside unsupervised. If they are outside, I am outside. It’s an extra step of care that is super important to me because sometimes, animals can be unpredictable, see a squirrel or a rabbit and jump the fence etc. We ensure your fur baby is safe.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
