With experience fostering through the Humane Society, we’ve developed a deep love and understanding for pups of all kinds. Spoiling them with love, care, and attention is just what we do best! **Just a heads-up—we’d really appreciate it if you could choose drop-off and pick-up times that match your plans as closely as possible. If pick-up is after 10 PM, we kindly ask that your pup stays an extra night to keep things calm and comfy for everyone.** I work from home, so I’m able to take quick walk or play breaks throughout the day. About: My full time job allows for flexibility during the work day and allows me to work anywhere with wifi. I can often be in the home caring for your animals or taking them out more often than a traditional sitter who works a 9-5. I dog sit for many members of my family and have had dogs since I was 2 years old. I have a lot of experience giving medication and working with elderly animals. If I am available, I would love to set up a meet and greet to see if I would be a good fit! I am also insured! I work a flexible 9-5 and can drop in to walk or spend additional time caring for your animal(s) because of the flexibility! I wake up early as well! I treat each home like I am a true guest there and treat it and the animals if they were my own. I am very respectful of the rules and furniture.

About: Most dogs experience separation anxiety when away from their Parents . I am available to care for them in their home, which lessens their anxiety and keeps their daily routines. I deliver loving, peaceful, and safe care and am open to other light tasks such as plant care, mail collection, etc I am available to care for your babies and stick to their daily routines. I understand the importance of routine to keep them happy and comfortable. I respect the owner’s Home as if my own and am glad to assist with other simple tasks such as mail collection, plant watering, trash roll out, etc while you’re away.
About: I’ve had pets my whole life, from 8-week-old puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats up to 13 years old, so I’m comfortable caring for pets at any stage of life. I love spending time with animals, whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company while you’re away. I am currently working full time Monday-Friday, but have the ability to work from home a day or two a week! I usually leave for work at 7:30am and get off by 5pm. Depending on how close you are to my office, I may be able to stop by at lunch as well. I am comfortable with all pets of any size, personality, or energy levels. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. My oldest is currently 14 (Archie my beagle/wiener dog mix) and soul pup Winston (bluetick beagle/bloodhound mix who passed in 2020). I miss having dogs of my own but know that I cannot dedicate the funds to getting one of my own just yet. I’d would be so happy to spend time with your pup(s) to give them all the love/snuggles I can! I’m very active so expect lots of walks too. I’m relatively new to Rover but have found two amazing clients (one preferred to go through Venmo instead but would be willing to provide recommendations). I do currently work full time as a graduate student researcher. My days are very variable though. If sitting your dog, I can plan my experiments around their walks/make sure I am home as long as I can be with them! Weekends are certainly preferred though as I cannot escape my classes Tuesday/Thursday/Friday I have a unit right next to my complex’s dog park, so I can let them out to run and play! I do not have crates or bowls for food/water so those would have to be provided (and food/treats too)!

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
