I have a large, fenced-in backyard and my own dog that loves to spend time outside. As a child, I always had animals in the house to take care of, and I've been dog/cat sitting since I was 16. Definitely recommend Caleigh for a drop in visit! This was our first time doing Rover and as someone who was pretty nervous about it because at the end of the day you are trusting your pets/house to someone you have never met before, Caleigh gave us peace of mind when we first met. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
