About: Growing up we have always had dogs and cats in the house, I couldn’t imagine not having each of them! We’ve had all different breeds and sizes that each lived 11-18 years, so I am used to taking care of old dogs and puppies. I’ve housesat/petsat for 7 different families over the years with dogs ranging from 8lbs to 210lbs!! I am currently a stay at home wife and I am working on school online. I have a lot of free time during the days my husband is at work. Mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays, and fridays 8am-6pm. I will care for the pets as if they were my own. About: Friends, coworkers, and family members have trusted me with taking care of their pets over the years. Most of my formal experience with caring for other peoples pets came during and after college, however I was raised around pets (cats and dogs) and learned how to be safe and responsible with animals when I was very little. I am very comfortable with a variety of breeds and temperaments. I have a good understanding of basic commands and have trained two of my own dogs from puppies. I grew up around dogs and cats (we had three golden retrievers at one point!) and always looked forward to getting a dog of my own. There is something about the bond between owner and dog that is special and unique. I enjoy having this bond with my own dog but I also love meeting new animals and seeing their personalities come out as they get comfortable interacting. I have been exposed to many types of dogs at local dog parks and dog friendly restaurants or other locations. I am familiar with caring for dogs that take oral medication and/or have health problems such as limited sight or blindness. I have one small child in the home, so any dogs staying with us during the day or overnight would need to be comfortable and well behaved enough to be around a young child. I wake up early and go to bed around 9pm/10pm. I have one dog in the home who is very friendly and well socialized. He takes little to no time to warm up to other dogs when introduced. Your dog will have plenty of space to be comfortable to chill and play! We enjoy spending time outside on nice days. When it is too hot or cold outside I make sure our pup gets playtime or enrichment toys/treats inside. I currently can offer dog walking services, daily check-ins for cats or dogs, and day/night boarding at our home (as long as your pet is a good and safe fit for a home with a small child). We have a large front and backyard with a carport/porch area. Plenty of space for playing fetch, having the zoomies, or chewing on a treat while getting some fresh air, rain or shine! If your dog requires being leashed/walked when going potty, there is plenty of space to take them around the yard as well as walkable streets near our house, and a park less than 2 minutes away. Our dog currently follows recall and commands to do his "business" but if we are caring for another dog we will leash them both or follow the owner's preferences and what they are comfortable with.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs small and large since 2016 for family friends and neighbors. I have a real passion for animal care and my utmost priority is to make sure the well being of your pet is at an all time high. I’ve also gone through online training courses for dogs and cats detailing proper care techniques. Thursday afternoon's from four to six are my only recurring schedule block currently. I will update this when or if this ends up changing. I can tailor the visit to how best it is to fit your pet’s needs. On visits where a potty break is needed, they will be taken out and given treats and lots of love with some fresh water. On meal visits they will be given their meals and fresh water with lots of love as well. About: I started taking care of the family dog a few years ago. With him, I administered medication in a positive way and helped train him. I am comfortable using a harness and a regular collar. I also helped train my senior dog on his reactivity with positive reinforcement. Currently, I am on summer break. “Beth was so good with my dog. It was a last minute booking and she was so incredibly accommodating. I am so appreciative of her and her gentle nature caring for my pup. She also fosters a dog and he and my dog got along well, and even tuckered my high energy border collie/aussie mix out. She was so intentional in caring for my dog that she was worried about keeping her clean after long play sessions in her fenced in yard that was muddy from the rain, and that means a lot.
