I've loved and cared for animals of all shapes and sizes my entire life—including dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, crabs, fish, and farm animals. These days, my heart belongs to my sweet Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I live in Kernersville and work in Winston-Salem. About: I have been working with dogs and cats since high school. I originally started watching family pets, but while I was working my first job, families reached out to me asking if I could watch their pets. I am a complete pet lover and was raised with dogs and cats. I am currently in my last year of graduate school. My schedule tends to change every week based on my location. Some weeks I am completely available and home 24/7 and some weeks I am working 8-10 hour days for 5-6 day in the week. When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family. I maintain a consistent routine with feeding, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I provide a pet-friendly space with cozy resting areas, enrichment toys, and a calm environment. When I’m in a client’s home, I strive to keep their pet’s routine as normal as possible. About: I have had dogs my whole life and have always had a special place in my heart for them. I recently volunteered to raise a service dog for Canine Companions for Independence, where I cared for and trained a puppy for a year and a half for their organization. I have also volunteered as a dog walker at multiple animal shelters. I have a black lab named Kenny, and a rag doll kitten named Phoebe. They are always my priority and I will give your furry friends the same love and care that they deserve. I am a graduate student at UCF, and my class schedule consists of 2 classes in the evenings on Wednesdays and Thursdays for the summer. Therefore, I am pretty flexible for the time being! The safety of your pet will be my utmost priority while they are in my care.
