About: Hello! My name is Abby and I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and plants since 2015. Pet-sitting truly is my joy!! I have experience checking in on pets during the day time, cleaning litter boxes, taking dogs of all shapes and sizes on walks, and overnight house sitting for up to 2 weeks at a time. Thanks to my daytime job as a Youth Pastor my schedule is more flexible than most. I pride myself on customizing each pet sitting experience to the pet and their owner(s). The beauty of pet sitting over boarding is that this experience can be tailored to what YOUR special needs are! Like I said my experience is considerable, I am also self taught for basic pet training. For instance, if your dog has a history of on-leash walking issues, while I’m with them I’d be happy to plant seeds for good behavior on future walks. Just say the word and I’ll do everything I can to make it happen! Historically I’ve acquired jobs mainly from word of mouth. While I may be newer to a platform like Rover, know that I am a well-seasoned pet sitter who has experience with a variety of households, breeds, ages, and situations. I pride myself on my vast skill set when it comes to pet sitting so if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. I’m at your service! My full-time job is being a Youth Pastor. This means I have a very flexible schedule and am able to pop in to care for your pets at the needed times or even work remotely if needed. Most weeks my meetings are limited to Tuesday mornings, otherwise my schedule is pretty fluid. While I am unable to offer my own home for pet sitting, I can guarantee that I will care for your pet(s) in their home environment as well as I would my own. If you have a dog, one of my first questions I ask when pet-sitting is… “how long is your dog accustomed to waiting in between potty breaks?” I ask because each pet has different needs and I never want to make a dog wait longer than they typically would. I also want to keep to their normal schedule as much as possible, if they’re used to daily walks at certain times or being feed at very particular times then I will make notes to care for them the same way you do. The goal truly is for the dog or cat to receive the same attention and care that they have when their favorite people are home :)

About: I’ve had experience petsitting since 2018 for my parents petsitting business. I am wanting to branch out and gain my own clients and business. I have two children, a three year old and a one year old. I also have two girl dogs and a bird (cockatiel) as well. A 6 month old chow chow and 1.5 year old golden retriever. Our house is never quiet. Haha I have a pretty open availability right now. Coming back to work after a little bit longer of a maternity leave. I would love to take care of and play with your furbabies. Pretty easy going. Whatever needs to happen will happen. Ensure all doors are locked prior to leaving premises. Ensure area is clean and safe for pets if not crated while away.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. Dogs in my family since before I was born. Adopted a stray kitten when I was still a kid. I’ve also had birds, fish, and rats over the years. I started pet sitting for friends as a teenager, so I’ve been taking care of other people’s pets for a long time too. I’d love to get to know your four-legged friends and make sure they’re well taken care of while you’re away. I'm currently in between jobs so have a lot of time to spend spoiling your fur babies. I'm available for both mornings and evenings. I am familiar with crate training and I have legs, so I can walk your dog. Additionally, I have hands so I can scoop food out of a bin and/or a can and then put the food in a bowl. Refilling water bowls? Expert right here. Kitty litter? Very unfun but also necessary.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. My oldest is currently 14 (Archie my beagle/wiener dog mix) and soul pup Winston (bluetick beagle/bloodhound mix who passed in 2020). I miss having dogs of my own but know that I cannot dedicate the funds to getting one of my own just yet. I’d would be so happy to spend time with your pup(s) to give them all the love/snuggles I can! I’m very active so expect lots of walks too. I’m relatively new to Rover but have found two amazing clients (one preferred to go through Venmo instead but would be willing to provide recommendations). I do currently work full time as a graduate student researcher. My days are very variable though. If sitting your dog, I can plan my experiments around their walks/make sure I am home as long as I can be with them! Weekends are certainly preferred though as I cannot escape my classes Tuesday/Thursday/Friday I have a unit right next to my complex’s dog park, so I can let them out to run and play! I do not have crates or bowls for food/water so those would have to be provided (and food/treats too)!

About: I’m dedicated to keeping your pets safe and happy! My experience includes: fostering and training a 7 year old husky mix with behavioral problems and training my 3 year old dog since puppyhood with the help of a friend who is a behavioral dog trainer. I have also done overnight stays for senior dogs with specialized care needs due to PTSD. I have administered oral and eye medication to several dogs. I’m comfortable with most size breeds and would welcome a meet and greet. I’m currently studying for school, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I’m available most early afternoons to evenings Monday through Sunday. I offer overnight stays as well as an extended stays. I offer multiple walks per day and enrichment time to dogs I sit for. I’m happy to crate your dog as needed and follow any routine medication, diet and commands that would maintain their safety and happiness. I routinely update clients daily on the status of their dogs with videos and pictures.

About: This will be my first experience of pet care. I have a passion for treating pets with the care they deserve and give them lots of love. I will treat them as if they were my own. This would be an exciting experience to meet and take care of all different breeds of pets. I am curious of how other breeds act as I, myself have two chihuahuas and a french bulldog that are completely separate from each other. I would love nothing more than to help take care of other people's pets while also enjoying the time of playing and caring for the pet itself. I am care-free and easy going. If you ever needed more time for me to watch the pet, I would be more than happy to do so. I work full time but i’m an early bird and have all evenings free! I like to be active and go on walks anyways and it will be lovely to do it with a furry friend! I do not care for pets inside my own home but in a client home, I will do anything necessary for the pet under owners orders! I work best with a schedule.

About: I occasionally walked and cared for neighbors dogs in high school, but I have experience caring for dogs part time for a year post-high school. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine as a dog owner myself. I have a Husky/Rat Terrier mix named Biscotti, so I’m used to walks, feeding schedules, playtime, training, and lots of exercise. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to provide dependable care, walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays when needed. I do not dog sit in my home, but I am open to dog sitting and caring overnight in clients homes for dog sitting request.

About: I’ve grew up having animals. From cats to dogs to some small pets. I can feed, bathe, or take them for a walk if need be. I currently work full time from 8am-4:30pm. Very flexible after I get off. I’m off on Saturdays and Sundays. I try to be as flexible as I can be :) I’m willing to take your dogs in the yard or walk them down the street if needed. If you prefer to crate your pet when you are not home I can do that as well. I'm comfortable with taking care of cats as well as reptiles. If they love hikes as well I would love to take them on one!
