About: Hello! My name is Katrina, I am an elementary school counselor currently saving up to buy a home! I have my own dog, Milo, a 4-year old lab mix but I have always loved dogs and have experience volunteering at service dog training facilities, shelters, and I have fostered dogs, as well! I have done dog walking and petsitting for multiple years now and have experience working with all types of dogs, small or large, reactive or non-reactive, all energy levels, and I love them all :) I will update you as much as you want on your pet when I am with him or her, I know it can be stressful to be away from them but I promise they are in good hands if they are with me! About: I started taking care of the family dog a few years ago. With him, I administered medication in a positive way and helped train him. I am comfortable using a harness and a regular collar. I also helped train my senior dog on his reactivity with positive reinforcement. Currently, I am on summer break. I work as a teacher during the school year, so my availability for the next few months is open. At my apartment, my roommate’s dog I take out every 2-3 hours and I give him lots of cuddles. I keep an eye out for anything around me to make sure it is safe.

On visits where a potty break is needed, they will be taken out and given treats and lots of love with some fresh water. On overnight visits I follow the directions exactly and leave the place and the pet(s) looking and feeling better than when I arrived.
