“We have 2 cats and 1 snake. Kipton showed up 3x a day. She stopped in the morning for breakfast, afternoon for a snack and the evening for dinner. This also included scooping the litter daily. She cleaned up after each litter box scooping and took it out to the garbage. We left out toys which she did use for enrichment time. Stuff like our catnip bubbles, remote control toy and the laser. Our cats are escape artists and they stayed safe and sound inside while we were gone. Our plants inside and outside were watered nightly. She took out the garbage and took our trash/recycling to the road. She did put the cat TV on as requested. She sent photos at every visit. She stayed for 30 minutes each visit. She collected our mail daily. The water fountains stayed full. She swept the floors and kept their eating areas clean. Nothing was damaged upon our return and our pets were happy and healthy. Kipton did change the water for our snake every other day. She did a great job keeping the snake safe and the terrarium locked at all times. Her attention to the temperature and humidity levels was spot on. Alora came out to say hi when we got home. The water bowl was clean and filled for her. Cage security is very important due to living with other animals that can hurt the snake. She kept our snake safe. She didn't judge our home and was very kind. Thank you Kipton for watching over our high maintenance zoo!”

At 81, I require dogs to be well-behaved on leashes and able to follow commands, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all. I’m retired I can watch animals most days. As long as I don’t have doctors appointment. I am very flexible with my time and if I have an advance notice especially. If animals are with me I will be walking them in and around my gated community. It is very safe and most of the time side walks are free of outsiders.

“I needed a sitter at the last minute when my kitten was no longer able to be boarded due to possible ringworm. Tracy went above and beyond dispensing meds, wrangling my kittens who kept escaping their enclosure, and keeping me up to date with lots of photos and videos. She even texted me back late in the evening when an issue came up and was always very prompt in communications. She was very personable and friendly, and also made sure my plants were watered and the trash was at the curb so I didn’t have to come home to a mess.
