About: Animals have always played an important part in my life. I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was 10 years old. I have over 30 years of experience in animal husbandry and care. Whenever a family member needs to go out of town, I am the person that they ask to feed their cats and dogs. In college, I took my roommates dogs out for potty breaks and walks when she had classes. In 2021, I stayed for 5 months at a friend's house pet sitting their Chihuahua and cat. I volunteer to walk the dogs at the Guilford County animal shelter every Tuesday. Not only am I a pet sitter, I'm also a pet owner. I currently am owned by four cats and one spoiled pitbull. I just returned from being a Peace Corps volunteer in North Macedonia. My usual fulltime job is TESOL instructor, and this can be done remotely. I am currently not teaching. I am flexible and willing to conform to whatever your pet needs. I'm willing to follow any directions or care that you require for your pet. As a dog walker, I have the equipment to complete the task. I keep poop bags, dog treats, and extra leashes in my car. If I am in your home, I will be sure to follow your directions and keep you posted with pictures throughout the day.

About: I have over 8 years of personal experience providing pet and house sitting for multiple clients, caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I also grew up around animals, thanks to my mom working at a pet store, giving me hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals beyond just cats and dogs. While I do work full time, caring for animals is a top priority for me. Days typically start and end with two daily walks, plenty of playtime, and enrichment. I have a dog of my own, so my schedule already revolves around making sure pets get exercise, attention, and stimulation through toys, enrichment activities, and downtime for cuddles. I plan my days to ensure every pet in my care receives consistent attention, routine, and love. I provide a safe, animal-friendly environment in my home and always tailor care to each pet’s individual needs. My entire home is animal-friendly, with dog gates and crates available if needed to ensure the comfort and safety of any pets. While my yard is not fenced, we have plenty of space for supervised play and exercise, and all outdoor time is closely monitored. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible and let each pet set the pace. This could mean active play, enrichment time, walks, or quiet cuddles. Every pet is different, and my goal is to make them feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for wherever they are.

My own dog and his brother are both 13 years old, so I’m very familiar with age-related needs like slower mobility, medication anxiety, and knowing when a dog just needs calm companionship instead of high energy. I’m comfortable with dogs who may be nervous, sensitive, or need a slower, more reassuring approach. About: I have always had dogs growing up and got my own when i moved out. I have a 3yr old dog that’s fully trained by myself! I have plenty of free time and flexibility and can’t wait to spend it with your pet! I don’t have very many schedule restrictions and am home a majority of the time. I abide by any rules and schedules you may have for your home or pet! I worry when I leave my own dog, and want to make your time away from your furry friend as comfortable as possible!

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 14, I have had a dog of my own and trained him to sit, Speak, shake, get the mail, get my shoes, and give me a hug :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE Animals so much and hope I get to have some time with yours! I currently Work full-time at foodlion on n Main Street but I live two minutes away from home. I am mainly home night and I have two days off work but if I’m off I’m always at home. I can be flexible when it come to boarding or taking walks because I have a set schedule at work but if I need to move things around I am also willing to do that. I live in a one bedroom apartment, we have a big place to walk around and play behind the building as well as a round about in the apartment complex. I use to live in archdale and know where there’s a big park where I can take dogs and just go for walk or runs and just have fun! I love to play frisbee golf with my friends but I don’t play seriously so if your dog wanted to Chase a frisbee or in my case help me find my then I’d definitely be up for that!

About: Hi! My name is Haley! My mom and I have two dogs, Blaney and Eli, and we love them more than anything else in this world. We adopted both of them when they were puppies. Blaney is a 3 year old pitbull lab mix (don't worry, I adore pitbulls) who has a ton of energy, so I’m prepared to deal with higher-energy breeds as well as puppies. We don’t quite know what breed Eli is, but we’re pretty sure he’s a husky collie mix. He’s 4 years old and is just the most loving dog I’ve ever met. Those two dogs genuinely are my heart, and I promise to take care of your pets like I’d want someone to take care of mine. I know how hard it is to leave your beloved pets for a few days, and I’m here to make that change go as smoothly as possible for your animals because I know mine would want the same thing. I’m considering going back to school and receiving the education I’d need to either become a vet tech or work in emergency animal rescue. I really cannot see myself going into a career field where animals are not present because my passion for them is so strong. I am currently taking a break from college, so I have lots of time and a pretty flexible schedule. I can easily accommodate you and your fur baby’s needs! I am available Monday-Sunday and on some holidays. Drop in visits will not only include whatever services are asked of me (such as feeding, walking, cleaning litter box, etc.), but they will also entail me giving your fur baby tons of attention. I’ll also make sure to provide lots of pics to keep you informed on how your pet is doing. For overnight stays in clients homes, I am happy to discuss any needs of your household and will gladly follow your expectations for my time in your space.
