He is retired and home full-time, so your dog will have company throughout the entire day. With 15+ years of dog care experience, he provides attentive, home-based care and follows each dog’s routine closely. He also enjoys backyard playtime, and giving plenty of affection. Our home includes a fully fenced yard for safe and fun outdoor time. I completely understand that delays can happen! However, if pickup is 1 hour or more past the scheduled time, a $25 late fee will be added to your bill. Please just keep me updated if you’re running behind, communication is always appreciated. Emma is always great with my cat. She even checks in on my bird and fish just to make sure they are ok. This last time we had an issue that came up unexpectedly and when she couldn't get ahold of us, she went ahead and took care of the problem. She didn't just wait and hope I called back. We love her. She is great. We use her whenever we are out of town and I don't have to worry about my animals.
Ashley took amazing care of my dog, Noah. He has special needs and is completely blind, and she was so willing to help out last minute. That meant so much to me. I could tell Noah felt really loved and comfortable—he was so happy when I got home. I absolutely trust and highly recommend her!
Angelina struck me as a very nice person, and was very interested in Lucille. She asked me a lot of questions, and spent time playing with her. Lucille seemed to like her attention. Angelina even asked me about which toys were Lucille's favoriie, and played with her a little during the meet-and-greet meeting. Lucile seemed pretty happy when came in late on Monday, so I think everything went well.
Jason was great, he took very good care of our dog and 2 cats while we were out of town. He kept us updated while we were gone. He made sure the cats had plenty of food and water during each visit. Would definitely be calling him again to watch our 3 pets when we have to go out of town.
